Property was not as the pictures portray, The pool area was nice but not enough seating or umbrellas to shield the sun. Room was small but nice, Breakfast could of had more variety. The biggest complaint I have would be the WIFI connection was not strong, kept going in and out. normally not a problem but I was not able to talk with family due to spotty service.

Nice small pleasant hotel very close to the beach

The check-in was the slowest check-in I have ever experienced - it was almost 45 minutes. There was only one person working the front desk and a couple without a reservation wanted a room - it took him two phone calls and over 20 minutes on the computer trying to figure out how to get them a room. The hotel room was smaller than expected and didn't have blackout curtains - the light from the parking garage next door poured into the room all night, as the wooden shades with wide slats let a lot of light in. Very disappointing.

I was charged multiple times for multiple different things that were meant to be charged to other people or were “accidental overcharges.” It took multiple days of calling and leaving messages for me to finally have just the phone answered. Even when I finally got a hold of a manager. over $400 in accidental charges and holds.. ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN

(4-Night Stay) Circa 39 was an incredibly cozy, reasonably quiet, and friendly hotel resort to stay at, being across from Mid-Beach. It's only limited by underwhelming amenities due to following safe Covid practices (e.g. lack of microwaves in rooms; very limited gym access; minimalistic breakfast; non-working ice machines). I really enjoyed the Wunder Bar for happy hour, the early-morning breakfast baggie, the swimming pool area, free WiFi service, and the mid-ground outdoor lounge area. My king-size room was incredibly quiet the whole time after hours, very clean, and well kept with daily housekeeping. Things that were a little marring from the whole surreal experience of a getaway was sometimes the walls are paper thin if you have talkative neighbors beside your room. I'm really big into fitness, so having to always ask to be let into the very small gym was a bit of an inconvenience. Having to pay for on-site parking became a little costly (more of Florida thing to me). I believe the in-door restaurant was also unavailable during my stay too, so I had to go down a block or two to get fine food that I couldn't heat up later in my room without a microwave, so that was one of my biggest pet peeves. Lack of a laundry service was bad too. Despite these shortcomings during my stay, I manage to work around each of these problems. Putting these gripes aside, the rest of my experience was excellent! My bed was extremely comfortable! I slept so well here! Highly recommended!

This is a nice quaint hotel with a home on the beach feel. The staff was nice food was great.

I loved the lobby and waiting area and the bar , so cute. I thought the room was super cute as well , very clean.

The staff were fabulous! A very quaint and elegant location. Cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff made me feel right at home and safe. I only wish my room had a microwave but that's just a minor detail. I could walk anywhere in any direction and find great places to eat and the added plus was the beach location and Circa 39 had beach chairs available through BlueFin! It was a great get away! I will definitely be going back to stay again!

Beautiful with an old architectural feeling very cozy and the staff was great!

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Parking was expensive.

Property was cute. Only steps away from the beach entrance! Food was gross.

Great hotel and staff for the price. Food at hotel i didn't like it and portions are very small for that price! Great staff always ready to help with everything and smile! Im happy that i choose circa 39!

Its a great hotel for a few nights stay. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Daphne at front reception was very friendly, helpful and sweet. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. The beach is very close by. However, be warned, although you get beach chairs, the umbrellas will cost you $20 every day. You can get them cheaper elsewhere at a nearby store. Price of breakfast was ridiculous for what was offered in the buffet. Dinner portions are too small for the price that they charge.

Clean room, nice staff. Good location, beach chairs and beach towels come with the room. Walking distance from the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet not to close to the madness of south beach, walk across the street to the beach and dei at corner

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, friendly atmosphere.
