The elevator that is located next to the check-in desk, and subsequently my room, is out of order and had been for over a month, according to the staff. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The front desk attendant Kim (?) was never at her post and when she was, she was indifferent and unpleasant. I managed to speak with EJ in passing one morning and he approved a room change to a location closer to the elevator. In this room, the tank cover for the toilet was cracked and a piece was broken off, as well as the only sink in the bathroom was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Still, better than the first room, where the toilet lever didn’t flush properly, the plugs under the desk and on one wall didn’t work and there weren’t two trash cans (in with room actually) to dispose of the little trash I had. Overall, the entire stay but a damper on the reason I was even in Memphis and makes me question if I’ll ever return.

When I arrived and check into my Room the bathroom and bed was covered in Roaches. I left and went back to the front desk I hear the employee tell another guest that the hotel had been bombed with chemicals to kill bugs the day prior. I and seven others cancelled our reservations!!! Absolutely unacceptable!

I was originally told I could check in after 11:30 as we got stuck in terrible traffic on the way from New Orleans and would not make it until after midnight. Around 10 pm I was called and told that if I was not there by 11:30 I would loose my room and have nowhere to stay for the night. I informed the lady that I was told differently and she said the person I talked to before didn’t know what she was talking about. We did make it in time after going about 100 mph the entire way. But you all really need to train your staff! What if I wouldn’t have made it? So me and my 6 year old would have to sleep in my truck in a strange town all because your employees do not know what they are talking about???

Convenient to where I was going. No coffee available

The hotel was booked i never even got to stay there. I need my money back.

Front desk person uses ear bugs and were not a tentative to the customers I had to wait 10 min for towels. The room floor was sticky

I've had the most horrible experience ,staying in this hotel . There was no professionalism from the staff at all I didn't receive any room service the whole time I was there. I wouldn't recommend my dog to stay there.
