Nice and helpful staff. Too many things not functioning though: room entry door system, bulb, safe, water seemingly leaking from the bathtub/shower. Cleanliness was not great: hair on couch, furniture, etc.

Clean and inviting atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Delightful staff

Food was alright, could be better, sausage was uncooked, hair dryer was nasty, wasnt clean, door knob came off, somewhat disappointed, not for the price we paid for.

It’s an older property with some wear to the rooms. Rooms were clean. Lobby was well maintained. Whenever we requested items like towels or blankets, they were brought up fairly quickly.

My family and I have stayed at this particular embassy suites many times, but this one was horrible and will be the last time we stay at this location. There were lots of kids at the hotel running around, screaming and playing tag in the elevators until late into the night.(it was 12:30 when they stopped running around on our floor, but we could hear them in the court yard) The hotel has a “quiet policy” after 10pm.....it was clearly never applied. We tried calling down to the front desk 3 times to ask for extra bedding, and no one answered. So my husband went to go down to the front desk. He had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator, both ways, because the kids running around the hotel were busy playing tag in them. When he finally got down to the front desk, he asked for one set of extra bedding. The employee told him that there were no more and to just make due. So we had to use our bath towels and crank up the heat to stay warm. Since our daughters where in the bedroom portion of the room. In the morning my husband went down to get the luggage carrier and the front desk attendant had no idea where they were. The person in front of him asked for extra bedding and low & behold he was given extra bedding. So it’s clear the night crew did not want to be bothered. This was our hotel of choice when traveling to Memphis but not after this.

It was ok - it wasn't that it was dirty, just old. Don't think it has been updated since it opened. The couch and chair were kind of stained (just from being old). Because of covid there wasn't really a choice for breakfast, but that is out of their control. It was just 'ok'.

I had some out of town guest come and they needed housing. One of the young ladies was celebrating a birthday. There were only 2 BALLOONS. As we walked in the desk receptionist yells across the room “You can’t bring those in here”. Because I wasn’t paying attention and had no idea she was speaking to me I kept walking. She YELLS AGAIN, and my daughter finally gets my attention. I have to let the balloons go in the air which was a waste of my funds. Where is your “balloon policy” if this hotel is temporary housing, why can’t I take something that was given to me to my room?

Fitness center was really great - the whole place was outstanding!

Our stay at Embassy Suites was great we would stay there again.

Very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again

Mildew smell in room; front desk staff sub-par; housekeeping staff did bare minimum.

Pleasant, comfortable stay.. will definitely return.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful! Room was clean and nice sized rooms.

Room was musty.....seems like they have a mold problem....

This hotel has an open foyer with rooms surrounding. Noise from the foyer/lobby/eating area travels into the hotel rooms. All night long, we heard screaming children, and adults laughing (free drinks are served from 5:30-7:30 pm. Security guard knocked on our door at 2am due to noise complaint and woke up 3 sleeping adults. We have stayed here many times before and overall quality of hotel has diminished. The Hampton Inn next door is a great alternative.

Not ada accessible enough. Doorways narrow, difficult to maneuver in the small rooms, shower did not work with a Hoyer lift. Water ran out of shower ponding on floor. TV was out of order and when I called they didn't have a replacement. Staff was friendly but didn't follow through. Elevators out of order.

I do apologize. We do have a "no balloon" policy in this hotel and it is listed on our website. Our sprinkler and fire system is quite sensitive and it can cause them to go off. Our front desk staff should have offered to store them in a closet in the back office for you through the remainder of your stay. I will pass this information along to our front office manager so that the situation may be addressed more professionally in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
