The room was ok, you can tell the hotel use to be some run down hotel. But they did ok remodeling it. The room was very small. Neighborhood not so great. Right next to a hospital so we heard the helicopter and ambulances all night.

It was convenient to family and downtown. I will stay there again!

The room overall was not bad. The floors, counter Roos updated. However, messy work. Bed had stains on the comforter, tV did not work the entire time. I informed staff several times, to no avail.

Rooms where clean water hot..what I didn't like was the rudiness at the front desk.. coming from Mississippi arrived a lil early after 11 and was told couldn't check in early if I checked in early it will be 25 extra dollars

Nice motel, We loved being able to swim. Will be back.

Clean room, comfortable king bed but no towels or soap in the room, had to request but they delivered quickly. Ice machine had ice!!! The TV in the room wasn't working, reported it to the desk & was told someone would come by to fix it but it never was fixed. Was informed at checkout that many of the tvs aren't working. Overall a nice room but disappointed in the tv.

The property was not clean. For example, the pool was full of algae. There was a bottle of whiskey in the mini-fridge, suggesting the maids were not that thorough. On the day we left, the parking lot was filled with police cars.

I didn’t like nothing about the property....they didn’t have no cleaning staff and all the rooms was book and nasty I went into two rooms no beds was made and trash everywhere

Our rooms door looked like it had recently been ripped off the hinges, door lock was beat up and felt very sketchy. Inside was clean but run down and defects were covered with a new paint job. Paint doesnt cover problems.

Some of the staff was unfriendly and have an attitude. Housekeeper didn't replaced my towels. My clothes effected with smoking odor. I have a non-smoking room. I don't how my clothes were smelling like smoke. I don't smoke. I think the housekeeper was smoking in my room while cleaning it.

Barely met my need for a one-night stay. Would not consider this hotel for anything other than a stop over.

When we checked in, the service was slow. Upon reaching our room and storing our stuff, my companion stretched out across the bed to relax for a few minutes. When he flipped over the pillow, there were make-up stains on the pillow case. I pulled back the covers to discover long, black hair on the sheets. When I called the front desk, the clerk offered to switch us rooms because he was the only staff member present so he couldn't have the made made up with clean sheets. I had to walk down to exchange the keys, and we had to move our luggage without assistance. The second room looked and smelled better but still was not appropriately stocked with linens necessitating another trip to the front desk to get wash clothes.

The pictures online made this Quality Inn look nice. It was not clean. It has fallen into disrepair. The foundation is uneven, and the area around the hotel is sketchy. I was given a nonsmoking room, but it still smelled so bad that I and my two daughters didn't sleep. Because we booked through Orbitz, we had to stay through the night or lose our $100.

Quiet, staff very nice, great breakfast. Convenient

After reading some reviews, I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel. However, I went through with it due to the location and price. I must say, the office staff was extremely helpful (even during after hours check in), the room was updated and clean, the breakfast was hot and had a good variety, and the wifi and cable worked well. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

There was ants in the bathroom. Light bulbs missing in the room. The "clean sheets" were stained yellow and brown. No trash bags. No towels when we get there

This hotel was just okay. Sort of old and tired, but considerably cheaper than properties closes to downtown and since I am a frugal traveler it worked okay for me. There really aren't any restaurants in the immediate area, but it is right on the bus-line that takes you right downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a nice hotel and located close to everything we wanted to do. The continental breakfast was very limited however, there were a few breakfast places that were within walking distance. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was great except for the continental breakfast at 6:30 am there was nothing left and no one tending to th station

Hotel was very clean when we checked in, but they forgot to vacuum one day and forgot to replenish the towels another day. Other than that, good price for what your get for Memphis area. Great location. Not noisy next to Beale St. but only a couple of blocks away from Sun Studio. Super easy to get around town since it's right off I-240 exit.
