Great location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and Shakespeare Festival.

Staff was great!

Staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. The motel was a bit difficult to find the entrance. However that could possibly be due to Google Maps directions. The room with the spa tub and kitchenette is delightfully spacious. Really an apartment and fully equipped. We will be returning in future trips to visit relatives.

Simple but clean with a great indoor pool and spa. Close to the downtown and the university.

The place is certainly decent and clean and appears to have been updated fairly recently. However, it's pretty basic--hard surfaces and utilitarian LED throughout (cool, harsh light--LED doesn't have to be that way!) the corridors and rooms, which is not relaxing or welcoming. Decent for the nice price, but I only wanted to sleep there. Breakfast was to be avoided, with too many good choices for better food around town.

The hotel had a Shakespearean theme. It was ok except the sheets were dirty. There was short pieces of hair on the sheets and lint and staining. One of the hand towels seemed to have blood residue. The front desk sent up fresh cleaner sheets when we told them the sheets were dirty. I won't be staying there again if I had the choice. I just don't know how much care was taken to clean our room and that's not ok during a pandemic.

AC worked! Comfortable night's stay in "mountain view" (away from street) room. Easy walk to all of downtown. Interesting Menu idea for the grab-n-go breakfast, for bagful of store-bought items (even tiny waffle) which can be toasted. Nice area for breakfast or can take to room. Pool is very nice.

Let’s just say, if you like to be treated like a child or a bother, or even like to be touching unknown fluids in your room, this is the place for you. When I first arrived, it was about 1am, just drove about 9 hours, was tired as heck. I drive a Silverado and no parking spots were available, they only have about 15 parking spots it feels like. I finally found one in the back towards the clinics. After checking in, finding parking, taking the dogs potty, bringing my luggage upstairs and laying down, I probably went to sleep around 2am. When checking in, the man mentioned checkout is 11am and I asked if they did late checkouts and he said “yes just call in the morning.” I called in the morning and asked for a late checkout of only an additional hour. The man that picked up said “it depends on the reason.” I let him know I arrived late and was exhausted and just wanted one more hour to recoup before my 9 hour drive again. He said “well, 9 hours is kind of a lot,” then said “let me call housekeeping and see.” He came back about 30 seconds later and said “sorry we need you out by 11.” Okay whatever, I’ll just go. I’m getting ready to leave and at 10:40am, I receive a call on the room phones and it was that same man saying “hi, just a reminder, our checkout is 11am.” I said, I know, we spoke about an hour ago and you told me the same thing twice. I have never ever seen such micromanagement from a hotel before. If you tell someone checkout is 11, you do not call them again.

Called to ask about early check in and had to leave voicemail and got no call back. Called again and they said they didn't know and we'd just have to "stop by and ask". Cramped room claims to be 2 queens but definitely was 2 fulls and because the AC was so weak we were sweating and had to each sleep separately. Claimed to be pet friendly then stuck with a surprise $25 fee for the privilege of having our dog lie on the linoleum because there were no amenities for dogs (including dishes for water etc). The bathroom sink was well below standard height so impossible with my bad back to comfortably use as it was oddly short. And well AFTER check in, first housekeeping tries entering our room without knocking (I wasn't even dressed!) then our call from 5 hours earlier is finally returned with the woman just saying "I'm returning your call?" Clearly not apologizing for the delay nor realizing we were already in our room. Oh yeah and the dining recommendation? "Try the chicken tenders at Safeway". So so weird. Not returning, no way, no how.

Really nice staff, room wasn’t as clean as I expect, especially during Covid.

The location was great. Hotel staff was not super friendly. Seems to me they have a lot of extended stay residents that kind of take over the entire place. The breakfast is very lacking, you need to fill out a card the night before of what you want. No coffee on site. We asked for maid service, they came in and cleaned up the room, but when we pulled back the sheets there was dirt all over the beds. Pool area is very dark. Patio area is nice when there is room to use it and it is not being over taken by the long term residents who use it as their smoking area even though it says no smoking. Staff new they were smoking on the patio and did nothing.

It was very quiet. Had a few patios. Pool was nice.

Really nice, clean accommodations. Our room was at street level and a little loud with traffic, but really it wasn’t bad. I like no carpet in our room!

It was closest to our doctor office. Liked the coffee shop inhouse. very comfortable mattrass!!! Receptionist very accommodating. When I called the day before about what airport transportation to use that receptionist had no clue and didn't offer to find out, I had to push. They recommended Cascade though the A to B Taxi was much better, and less expensive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and had nice hot tub. Short and scenic 10 min walk to downtown made it even nicer. Would recommend!
