I didn't like the guy at the front desk with glasses . At 11:01am he called us to be out of the room very rude. Very unprofessional. He should not be wo r king there very racist i noticed because we were spanish and treated us different from other white plp.

They STOLE $150 from me !!! I put down a cash deposit of $150 and upon a VERY brief inspection of the room, they refused to give it back because of a non smoking policy and “I smoked in the room” . There are literally smoke detectors in every room so HOW ON EARTH did I smoke in the room !? I asked for proof and was given nothing and walked away without my deposit . The worst part about it is that my stay here was TERRIBLE! I could barely sleep due to loud music playing from the room next to me until 3am ! The room was dirty when we first arrived with used shampoo bottles in the shower & the women at the front desk were extremely rude and were no help at all! Even with the amenities I requested through the Marriott Bonvoy app. The app showed the request was fulfilled and when I went to the front desk they gave me 2 conditioners and a bar of soap . Not the toothpaste, extra blanket and shaving kit I requested. All in all I will never go back .

Hotel was reasonable, breakfast was great but the same every morning. Local area was very dingy.

Great hotel, stayed only one night, room very clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast is decent, with plenty of options. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean , quiet and the bed & pillows were great as well. The only thing that was a huge disappointment was the amenities. When we booked the room we did it with the amenities in mind also , which should’ve included a heated pool and Jacuzzi. ( We booked the room through Orbitz.com) When we got here for check-in we were told that the pool and Jacuzzi were under renovation and we’re not available and it was on the websites . Well ... it wasn’t updated through the Orbits website. Soo yeah a huge disappointment. This was my first experience using Orbits , I wish I had known about the ameninitys sooner then at my actual checkin. Everything else was great.
