Not a five star hotel by any measure. Our room smelt like car exhaust and even worse overnight. The service tried to be good but the nickle and dime game got old. They sent a guy up for me to sign a receipt for two bottle of water we had at breakfast. Considering they left 4 bottles in the room, I thought send up a guy several hours later was kind of silly. And the spa is confusing.

My room was a 1 bedroom suite and with a great view of Ayala. Friendly staff specially the housekeepers. The only downside is the location since it’s close to the red light district.

The hotel is nice. The pool is a great experience. It is the staff though that makes this hotel stand out. They are so helpful and attentive to every need; always at the ready. It is a great safe hotel.

The hotel is very modern with safety features key card on the elevator. Nice clean room with modern kitchenette and washing machine. The swimming pool is made of glass. They have a bar at the rooftop with 360 city view. Hospitable staff specially people at the frontdesk.

Great hotel with great facilities. This is the best hotel in Makati and you will be very happy.
