Nothing to bad to say. The staff are wonderful, the building was half done on the first floor. Hopefully it is completely done now. No parking, or I should say short of parking space. We were told, should be space that comes up, they will let us know. Guess nothing came up because we have to use the lot next door until we checked out. We have to use the open parking lot next to the hotel.

I've stayed here several times. Good location, wifi, breakfast (if included). Elevators have always been a little slow as one or two of the four in each tower are usually out of service. They have always let me check in early if the room is ready without any fuss. Most hotels in the Philippines will want to charge an early check-in fee.

Room was good but the floor was slightly dirty, it needed a bit of mopping.

I paid for Premier studio, but they gave me the standard studio, which is smaller and down grade. The staffs need to be re-trainned more professional. I did complain about the room, but they do not have the room available, and do not refund the diffrential. All they can say "I'm sorry...." which is unacceptable.
