Requested frig, microwave not in room when we arrived. Dated decor, bath. Management couldn't keep meetings in adjoining area under control.

This hotel was such a disappointment. Room wasn't clean all the way. Neighbor were definately on drugs. They were yelling and screaming all night. Woke up at 7am and they were still just as loud. Room smelled like cigarettes ALL night. Asked for towels, took them 2 hours. Lobby people were rude. I wish I could get my money back.

I was disappointed in our stay at Radisson. When we arrived the entire hotel was sweltering as though they had no air conditioning. When we arrived in our room it was so hot we could hardly tolerate being in there. We turned the AC on and set it to 65°,this was around 4pm, it didn’t successfully reach 65° in the room until late the following morning. The carpet in our room was dirty and sticky, we all wore our shoes the entire time. The entire floor underneath the carpet was uneven boards that made even just walking around the room uncomfortable and difficult. I always check hotel mattresses for bedbugs and while I didn’t see bed bugs there was no mattress protector on either of the beds and the mattresses were severely stained. We requested a microwave and though we were told someone would be right up with one, we were never given one. I will say that the staff was friendly but unfortunately it was not enough to make up for all of the other areas that fell below reasonable standards. We’re not ones to usually be picky with hotels and we’ve stayed in our fair share of slummy ones but for the price we paid I expected a minimum of comfort and cleanliness. We will not be returning and would not recommend it to others.

The room was clean and check in was easy. Our room wasn’t stocked with any toiletries, toilet paper or tissues. We called the front desk to ask for them and they said we would have to go to the desk to get them which was a bit frustrating.

Room was nice but nothing but problems after arriving. First, keys did not work. Was told a fridge would be brought to room but after 7 hours had to go down and ask again. No one knew anything? Buffet was about what is free at 2 star hotels except you had to wait for an over worked waitress to bring coffee and eggs. House keeping never touched our room in 2 nights. No made bed, fresh towels, coffee, etc. Loud, profane party next door at night slamming walls and swearing. Front desk did not answer when we called to report so had to get up, get dressed and go down to ask for assistance.

The beds were horrible. It felt like I was sleeping on a slant. We also got placed in a hallway that had kids running up and down the hall all night.

Overall a very nice place. I wish I had been able to spend more time to visit facilities. Hotel is very nice but seems quite dated, as in 1980 decor and smell to go with it. It's such a nice place I don't know why its not upgraded.

This is an ideal hotel from my perspective. It is not far from where I was working, it has a great gym (actually a health club). Also, it is not far from a lot of places to eat. One was a place that sold healthier foods such as smoothies, various salads, etc. There is no free breakfast, but the places to get breakfast are plentiful.

This property in the outside was good and my bedroom was okay. What I really felt dissatisfied that the jacuzzi was not cleaned it had mold.
