nice location

I stayed here july 20th until the 24th. My room was never cleaned due to the vitus. Which i understand. But was not communicated to me at check out. The trash cans were always over flowing and trash on the floor throughout the hotel. There is no A/C in the rooms or microwaves in the room which it said online it dose. There curtains in the rooms were so old they had holes in them. There was bags of dirty laundry in the hallways throughout the the hotel. I stayed in room 147. I do not recommend to stay here

Shower curtain was not fixed. Lock for entrance door from rear parking lot was broken. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, like a bricks.

Not sure if I'd call it a resort exactly, but it's clean, comfortable and is located right in town. Very much a lodge feel in the lobby.

This older hotel needs a makeover. The lobby is great but the bathrooms are so 1970s. The windows are single pane and the massive iceicles outside point out the very poor insulation of this place.

Enjoyed the amenities, free hot coco, free shuttle to and from the lifts.

Usually stay in the wing of the hotel closest to the lobby. This time I Stayed in the Lodge section and the rooms were not close to as nice as the other section. Really poor. Would not stay there again unless I stayed in the updated section of rooms close to the lobby

We were in the unrenovated Lodge but room was clean and good with new bedding. Reviews worried me but glad to save $50/night on the Lodge. All amenities are shared with the "resort" so that is all good.

Convenient place going to the ski resort and Mammoth Village. Close to shops and restaurants .

Nice staff and convenient location in Mammoth. It was close to all thhe restaurants, shopping centers, and the bus route which is free to get around.

this was our second visit. Last year the room seemed much nicer then this year. We mainly come to ski which is always awsome at Mammoth. This year our room was in the annex it seemed. We did have a microwave and mini fridge which is always a plus. We did hang out at the bar and socialize and also the hot tub and sauna. Was very bummed the steam room was not working. I would stay here again since I know the neighborhood better now.

Another great experience at your hotel! Everyone here is super nice. I appreciate the free drinks in the lobby, and allowing our dogs to be picked up from our rooms when we weren't there.

there was no arcade as mentioned in add the room was cold.and had a bad order.

This hotel should cost more then 30$ a night!! It’s a dump!! I took pictures of the room and will be posting to yelp!!

This was my first time staying here. I was driving through town and used this place to stop for the night. From what little I actually experienced, I am impressed!

Clean, comfortable, full amenities and central close to shopping and restaurants.

I had a great experience at this hotel. My flight was canceled two times and lost 2 nights (already prepaid though Orbitz). However the hotel proceeded to reimburse me with no fees (which should have been the case). On top of that they gave me a room upgrade. Also, eventhough ot was fully booked hey were able to extend my stay for a day as I requested in the same upgraded room. The room was super nice and clean, with everything you would need. The staff was awesome in the hotel and their restaurants, wjich are really nice.
