Excellent location and rooms.

Great Staff

Specious and well equipped apartment gave our family of five enough room to spread around. Kids loved their room and large dining table was great. Kitchen was well equipped and ice machine was on our floor just few steps away. Kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area. This was just one night stop between Zion and our home. It was comfortable sleeping with open windows and cool breeze especially after hot nights in Utah.

Great location

Peace and quiet

It would have been nice if they had air conditioning.

Over all satisfied. Like the kitchen and pool.

The setting, the quality of the units, and the amenities including the pool and spa were all great for a couple (like us) and for families.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and was very relaxing. The two men that worked on the night of July 29th at the front desk had great customer service when we checked in. Check-in and check-out was stress-free. We will comeback again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and close to everything.

I was happy with the room and location, but there were little things that could have made my stay better. I knew beforehand that the rooms did not have air conditioning, so it is my own fault that we still went during a heat wave. They provided two fans, but they didn't work too well (we also brought our own fans) and it was uncomfortable at night when I was trying to sleep since we aren't used to the heat. The beds were too tall for my dad who's in a wheelchair, but he was able to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. Otherwise, he was able to get around fine with his wheelchair. There were other things that could be updated: the toilet didn't flush completely and some of the stove tops didn't work properly. The rooms looked dated but were otherwise comfortable and had everything we needed to cook, eat, and relax in our rooms.

Beautiful location, beautiful view from the room. Very friendly staff. Room was luxurious, well suited for a longer stay as well as we were in one with an adjoining kitchen. I would go back here if I have another chance. Booking through Orbitz does mean an additional per day charge which apparently happens through all third party reservations.

It was nice

Quiet and view

Great location, beautiful property and great friendly staff. We arrived early for check in and Kyle in the front desk was super friendly and helpful and we were able to get into our unit early. The unit we got was very basic, nothing fancy but had all the necessities we needed. I get that each unit is individually owned so some units may be nicer than others. Ours definitely needed an update and the restroom floor had not been mopped and was dirty. Other than that, the unit was fine.

We loved the hotel room and parking, the staff member who checked us in was very rude and charged my credit card $230, when I already paid. Upon checkout I asked what the $230 charge was and the clerk said it should have only been a $68 resort fee and she couldn’t explain the extra $161. She didn’t know how to fix it, I also already paid $73 in taxes and fees. I want my money back, she said that it should return to my account, as of now it has not. I’m enraged.

Loved how close to everything the property wa.ls. The room was spacious even for a studio condominium. The free shuttle to anywhere in town was a great plus too! Definitely will stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All amenities were great. Multiple jacuzzis were awesome for after finishing the slopes. Walking distance to lift was amazing
