The room was so disgustingly filthy we only stayed 2 hours before checking back out. The bathroom was disgusting, the easy chair looked like it'd been picked up from the side of the road and the desk was broken. And there were several flies in the room. I've never seen anything quite so bad.

Overall it’s good and the facility is a bit out dated.

Very clean hotel and cozy. Location is very convenient right in the middle of town. Lurray caves is very close and Shenandoah national park.

Property was well kept. Mr. Bill and Ms. Mary at the front desk were very nice and polite. My room faced the pool area (pool was closed) at night the frogs were extremely loud. My room was clean thought the bathroom needed some maintenance.

Would not recommend this place. Our room was dirty. We called to ask to have someone clean our bathroom and the front desk girl told us that we could come get cleaning supplies and do it ourselve. It was downhill from there. Good luck if you decide to stay here!

We thought the staff was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. They created an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome and could talk to each other without it being awkward or strange.

This was a very filthy place. There were like 10 flies and dead spiders on the carpet. There were webs by the window and dead beetles lying in the corners. There was a blood spot on the ceiling. The bathroom was moldy and not clean. The door did not close right so we had to push the door to open and close. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

It seemed outdated and could use a little more deep cleaning, but the staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was Gmgenerally clean. Front desk staff was fruendly enough. But, the room was smelly and dusty.

Pet friendly, free parking, quite, clean, and a relaxing jacuzzi.

We loved our two night stay. We had a 2BR suite that had a full kitchen and living room. It was perfect for myself and three teenagers. I would definitely go back. The only complaint was the sketchy Wifi but you're in the mountains so it's understandable.

Hotel is old, pool cracked up, many water bugs in the room

WiFi not working. small bugs found on bed. telephone not working. stale smell in room.

It was a terrible experience!! The telephone did not work. There was no mug in the coffee maker; the bathroom tap was broken. Overall -5 stars.

Bathroom was poorly maintained. Room not clean. Couldn't sleep well as curtains couldn't block out light of the exterior security lights.

It was a cute hotel the kids enjoyed the pool staff was super friendly and helpful hotel us out of date and needs remodeling. I enjoyed the stay but if you are looking for upgraded accommodation this would not be for you it was fine for a good old country girl like me very close to the caverns the reason we came to luray

Very nice location with lot of natural scenic views. facility itself seems to be very old and smells bad as soon as you enter room. It has one of the best pools we ever seen. It will be a great place to stay if they rebuild and maintain clean.
