We found a bed bug on our second night. Then the pool was very small and the linen wasn't clean

Great stay no issues very clean. An staff was very nice n polite bteakfrest. Was awsome

It was fine accept when we first walked in our room a cockroach walked across the counter. We were afraid to put anything down on counters or floors.

Very unpleasant experience from check in through check out. Would never stay at that Quality Inn again and may not stay at any Quality Inn again. Had trouble checking in as hotel could not find correct information from Orbitz where I made the reservation. Plumbing in room did not work properly causing water leaks and constant toilet running. Had to turn off the water to the toilet during the night. Hotel clerk increased the room rate the morning after our stay. Actually came out into the parking lot to tell us they had made a mistake on the and would be charging more for the night than I agreed to pay. Hotel manager admitted they made a mistake, but still insisted on charging me more than they originally told me.

The room wasn’t very clean. The breakfast lady’s attitude was not nice when telling her the waffle did not taste right. Will not go to that hotel in the future.

we went to the shrine of the divine mercy and it was very close to the motel and easy axcess on and off of the freeay.

There was men there at 9pm at night had their whole family with them babies and all, had big y’all beer cans in the hallway while painting. All of the rooms had wet paint signs the halls and rooms stunk so bad I could not stay there I didn’t want to touch anything then the man at the desk put me on the 3rd floor by myself when I couldn’t stay in the first stinky room. Every single door to the rooms were empty but were all wide open who wants to walk into a room with the door already open and lights off. I left!!!!

Booked online ... information was NOT ACCURATE! Required handicapped room, site said I reserved 2 queen beds ... when we got there room had 1 king bed! Not what I was told we would get. Stayed 5 days, very inconvenient as I was with my sister

Check in was easy and the staff is helpful. The rooms are large and clean.

Was in town visiting family, stayed in several hotels and this was one of the better ones

The room was spacious, but not sure what era it came out of. I like the first floor double doors. Being able to come into the room from the outside was nice. The bathroom needed a fan for the shower. It was ok for the price. Nothing to brag about.

IT WAS FINE. THE ROOM HAD AN EXTERIOR DOOR WITH A BROKEN LOCK .

Checked the reviews prior. Some were good. some bad. I was pleasantly suprised. The place was clean. Staff was helpful. For the price it was pretty awesome. Will go back again. Easy check in via. No problem.

Since it was rated a 2-star online...did NOT expect it to exceed our expectations! Everything was very good!

Many rooms open up to the indoor pool. So, so noisy. The pool "supposedly" closes at 10:00 p.m, but even when management cleared folks out, another group returned--some at 2 in the morning. One caveat--it was Kentucky Derby weekend, so I guess partying is the norm. But, this is one of the noisiest hotels (if your room is adjacent to that pool) I have ever stayed.

Not a great value for the rooms on the first floor. Access to the room from the outside on the hallway. Both deadbolt locks were not in working condition.

This is a great hotel at a fantastic price. The room was very clean and spacious. It had wireless internet, and a great bed and pillows. The only thing that I would recommend improving is the free continental breakfast. Choices were waffles or sausage gravy and biscuits. I'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, we appreciate your feedback. On behalf of my entire staff I would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations. We have a pest control company that comes to do monthly maintenance and if there's ever a report of any activity we call them and they come right out to inspect (and treat, if needed). We use all feedback to learn and improve so we don't run into the same issues.
