Never received a confirmation for booking. Tried to get a hold of Orbitz to no avail. They kept asking for a an itinerary number but we have never received one. Made reservations at a different hotel on our own. No problem. Will never go through Orbitz again. Horrible. We will be filing any charges on our credit card

The location was good. It was not so convenient that the restaurants and breakfast was closed.

The hotel was perfect. Nothing bad or negative at all to say about the hotel & its location. Nice room, nice view of 4th Street, comfortable beds and shower. Would recommend this hotel to anyone with or without a family. Pools were closed due to COVID (expected). No room service (COVID) but every time we needed something (towels, toiletries, etc) we called & it was sent to us in a timely fashion. The only tiny negative is the check. The parking fees was not explained to me so I had no idea how it worked (until we parked & came back and asked, but someone else had to explained how it worked). A handful of information was left out at check in like how much my card would be charged for incidental charges. Might be useful knowing how much will be on hold on your card. But overall definitely BOOK this hotel.

Hotel was clean and employees were very helpful. What I didn't like was the noise frim the customers in the next room. Kids and Mom loud until 11pm, and started bavk up at 5:45 am

Other then Paying for Parking.. It was a Great Top View of the City Clean Room Big Tv Pool looked nice, though was closed.

The rooms were spacious and the location was excellent for visiting Louisville. A couple years ago we stayed at another nearby hotel and had a very poor experience with lots of noise and run-down rooms. This hotel was the exact opposite of that. I was worried about noise from the open center atrium, but that wasn't an issue at all. I would gladly stay here again.

Room was nice but no couch. Normal amenities nothi g specia.
