Will not come back!

When we arrived at the hotel, after making the reservation two weeks prior AND calling earlier in the day to let them know we would be checking in late, they told us they didn’t have the reserved rooms available. We had to either take rooms with twin beds (seriously???) in them or get a refund and go elsewhere. I’m still fighting with Orbitz to get the refund!!

Microwave didn’t work. Remote didn’t work. Safety lock on the door was broken. Office closed on Saturday didn’t open again until Monday at 11AM. I was told to call back on Monday to get my $50 deposit because they were closed on Sunday when I left. I went to another motel. Called Monday m said it would be 3-5 business days to get my deposit. It took 30 minutes to get it n 3-5 days to return it. BIG PASS on this place

It stunk and the bed was springy and uncomfortable. The mattress is stained and gross. The room smells horrible and the ac is stuck on high. I will never stay here again

Nothing was normal. There should be a hostel not hotel. Dirty, room smell marijuana, staff was not friendly. I'll never stay there again.

They wouldnt let me get my room since i showed up after 7pm

Someone was able to enter my room ,fortunantly I had the latch in place befor he made full entry ,when I slamed the door back he said I am security sorry I have the wrong room ! Where did he get a key card to enter MY ROOM ..... Not good

The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke Other than that it was pretty well cleaned... I enjoyed my stay amd will def. Rent again with yoh guys

I believe they should install weather stripping at the bottom of the door in room 325. The cold air draft kept fighting with the heater. It would be more energy efficient. Easier to fool and heat

Man at checkin and on the phone was very sour and rude

i booked two day stay for my son they told them when they checked in it was two days they only charged one and then told them they will be charged late fee and told them they had twenty minutes to leave room. when they checked in it was the person at counters job to make sure booking was right they are unfair and scamers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel rooms have been wipe clean but needs to be scrubbed! Hotel is in a good area!

Took two days to get my TV fixed. Was offered partial refund and have yet to receive it. Front desk staff refuses to answer the phone.

The room was a non smoking room,smelled like a lit cigarette, filthy , dirty ,shower was not clean . Smoke detector was ripped off the wall ,dresser was damaged, ac unit full of filth and fins missing.Horrible and terrible do not stay here !

No wastebasket in room. TV didn't work. Front desk closed Sundays. Big stain on carpet. Non-functioning electrical outlet. Kitchen cabinet doors off hinge.

Comfortable and quite room, but weekly cleaning was non-existent. We had booked for 2 weeks. Floor was very dirty as found out when we dried some spilled water. The paper towel came out black. The staff were super pleasant. Hours open were not the best!

Good Morning, unfortunately you placed an anonymous review but I would like to work to make up for your issues. In efforts to keep rates down for our guests, our lobby is open from 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. At all times we have someone on-site for check-ins, issues and emergencies. A phone number is listed at the door for guest convenience or by pressing 0 on the hotel room phone. If you are still staying in the hotel, please call the courtesy number or press 0 and we will swap your towels. The office will be open today at 11am. We normally do not provide towels beyond office hours however tell the CO that Trevor approved this.

Thank you so much for your feedback ,my apologies that your reservation cannot be honored Upon arrival.Unfortunately our office hours are very limited they're only open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. any non-guarantee reservations after hours cant be honored if payment is not retrieved before hand. Thank you so much for your feedback I deeply apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced during your stay we do ylhave a courtesy officer that does have a master key that provides courtesy tours and checks all vacant rooms. This may have been highly a mistake so again my deepest apology this is not something that typically happens I will assure I will discuss this with staff to make sure that we are paying attention to what room we're entering moving forward.
