Staff were amazing and made the experience!

This is not a high end luxury hotel if that is what you are looking for. BUT I don’t think you can beat the price for an all inclusive hotel literally on the beach. Their staff was very kind and I see this is a perfect spot for families. Plenty of seating around their pools and on the beach. Husband and I were pleased and especially enjoyed the easily accessible drinks at their bars and the snack bar.

Nice location, beautiful beach, with tortugas. Clean rooms, good food and service. Bathrooms have an odd set-up with a glass door, used as both shower and toilet area. Most likely due to covid, seemed understaffed, no room service, no minibars/beers in rm. Unfortunate hurricane hit 2 days before our stay, and some restaurants, and all pools were still closed 4 days later. Staff told us no refunds or discounts, we made the best it for 3 days.

The staff was beyond great we did not have one bad thing to say the customer service. For it to be an older resort I thought it was very clean and well taken care of. Love how easy it was to access the beach straight from the poolside. Food was decent I’m a picky eater so I stuck with the basics. Very accommodating resort.

The property was beautiful! The staff were so friendly and accommodating (especially Cruz, Jose, and Estephany). The food was great and the grounds were so clean. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Due to Covid a lot of things were canceled or closed but the hotel staff went beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Staff was great. Property was great. The only thing i disliked was after checkout i left a personal belonging behind. After contacting them. The HR personnel prompted me that i have to setup all the shipping by myself and that they would simply ship. Mind you i work in hospitality and i felt this was poor customer service. Calling out of country to go through all the red tape was tedious. It would have been much easier, efficient, for HR to ship it and collect payment from me.

I was very impressed with the level cleanliness throughout the property. Housekeeping was excellent. The public areas, the pools, the restaurants - all were kept spotless as well as continually sanitized. Even our luggage was sanitized upon arrival!

Great beach front. Staff was amazing. Stayed over New Years and they had a great live band for the event. A little simpler than some other resorts, but extremely friendly and very authentic

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Waiters and waitress are very friendly and well mannered.

Fantastic beach, very good food selections, friendly staff. Some staff noise in the hallways early morning and they often forgot to replace my in-room coffee!

When we arrived to the resort we were told we needed to go to a hotel down the road because the resort was overbooked and they had no room available for us. We booked this resort in advance and had our confirmation that we were booked. We were told they would pay for the taxi to bring us back and forth to the resort and we could have a free 25 minute massage for our inconvenience. I explained with having fibromyalgia a massage is the last thing I want to do...I would be in pain the rest of my vacation. The hotel we stayed at was the Hyatt Place which is not on the ocean nor a resort. We were told to come back the next morning for our room only to find out we still had no room until around 3:00. So another day with no room and our luggage in their storage. This was our 6th visit to Cabo and our first bad experience ever. I chose this resort because it was next door to the Hyatt Ziva where we stayed before and loved it. I will never book another stay at this resort. There were several other people that was sent to the Hyatt Place as well but there were also people who checked in while we were being sent out. Still have not figured that out????

Staff were friendly. Good food served daily. Comfortable roo. & bed to sleep on

Loved the buffet and the majority of the staff was very nice. The view is amazing, and the performers for the night shows are great. The pool activities are fun too. The Luna restaurant can definitely improve their menu. The pool closes super early (8pm?) and bars close early as well (10pm). The rooms are also a little dusty. Our shower had lukewarm water our entire stay, the front desk gave excuses about the boilers and offered for us to move buildings, but never got back to us.
