Restaurants were great, steak house so so, Mexican restaurant so so. This place is huge, gardens are everywhere, looks like 1/3 full.

Housekeeping did not do there job they would place the no housekeeping sign out on the door so they didn’t have to do it . Cockroaches everywhere

i liked the pool area nice n clean but the maid service was horrible i was there 4 days and my room got cleaned 1 time and thats me calling for two days to come clean my room another thing my forst dat arriveval i had no ac for 5 hours very bad thing this property needs better up desk service and better maid service very unprofessional iam very unhappy

Unpleasant staff not very helpful at check in, plumbing issues, food is bad it’s out too long, and they leave forks and plates out all day and flys all over them had food poisoning 30 mins after eating on arrival day.

immaculate, good food, friendly hard working people

Great place the pools are amazing. Food is okay, would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pool. Did not like the fact that people are up all night making noise and the hallways echo and not respectful of other people’s peace and quiet time. Did not like that this area is huge and you have no help to find your room and walk so far away. There should be at least golf cart service around.

very active with sport and great music, Casanova and Carmen at the pool are amazing very friendly and high energy trainers

No elevator. Had to carry bags to the 3rd floor. Buffet style for restaurants

The resort is awesome and the staff is very friendly but the food was a No for us, it seemed like there was too many people and the food was not good at all and not enough. We did however enjoy the food outside of the resort.

The property was huge, with 3 different restaurants. Lots of pools and slides. I really loved the options!

All exclusive was excellent

I loved the property overall design. The property needs some elevators for senior citizens. We were there when Ofal hurricane hit. Our room ceiling was leaking, which happened to be right under our bed. I called the customer services desk, and the lady said just put a towel on it, we can not do anything now. So we moved the bed so it would not get wet. So, yes the hotel needs some major maintenance in the roof. The hall was flooded with water. The most was the lack of communication during the hurricane. One of the most awful issues was of course the numerous flies in the restaurant. Some of the food was covered with flies. The restaurant had no air conditioning, the doors were wide open, as to inviting the flies. I was afraid to eat anything. The food needs to be covered. The food was not labeled, one time I got blue cheese dressing thinking it was ranch. The people preparing the food had no gloves. There was no signage on what type of food. The guy that was preparing the omelette, was frustrated because his grill kept turning off, so on that note the omelette was not cooked correctly. I was very disappointed with the food. The restaurant needs a big time maintenance on the food preparation grills. The linens were not properly changed, one time the top linen was replaced but the one on the bottom was soiled. The pool need some maintenance, the tile i breaking. The towels in our rooms smelled awful the shower curtain had a musty odor. I prefer white towels.

I didn’t like the food and also no cable for three days

Never staying in this hotel again and not recommending it

loved our stay here

Everything and everyone was superb

Resort had many pools although the pool party seems to be under construction. Overall a good resort but lacking in some areas, towel system sucks and constantly had to wait to restock. Bartenders were great.

I did like the mexican food restaurant it tasted pretty authetic. The buffet was not bad it had tons of variety

Lets just say this property gave me a room with no working ac! Since the time I checked in at 4pm I let different staff from the hotel know the ac was not working and no one did anything but lie lie and continue to lie about the situation. It took me to act very respectful towards the front desk to finally get a room with a working ac at 2am! Because even at that such a huge property and they did not want to change us from room. They wanted to keep us roasting in that super hot awful room! Finally after me getting nasty with them oh they decide ok we’ll give you a new room at 2am! Oh but that’s not it then the second room had water leaks. All my makeup got soaking wet. So again they had to change us from room again.
