The property was well maintained, the staff was great and friendly. The food was good, but the Entertainment was lacking.

What a beautiful resort. Food was good.

Everything was so nice , so clean , and very nice personal

Very amazing

After 12 trips to Mexican all-inclusive resorts, we had an idea of what to expect, knowing no place is perfect. For the most part, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service, activities, and round-the-clock cleaners/landscapers. The pool drink servers were awesome! The ocean front room had ample space with a breath-taking view. The buffet was one of the best we have experienced with a wide variety of fresh food. The specialty restaurants had delicious choices with timely service. But there were problems, including the lack of hot water. If you needed supplies (i.e. bottled water), you could order online, but it was never delivered. There was one male bartender that handed me (a woman) my drink, saying, “I take care of you; you take care of me.” We actually read this in the reviews, but when the resort replied, they said the people that complained didn’t report it. Well, we did… so – if you have a problem, inform a manager. The Covid test was a simple procedure, and the results were reported in 90 minutes.

Liked some of the nightly entertainment. Could have more food places open throughout the day and to serve more variety of foods. Drinks were ok as they didn’t have all alcohol varieties & didn’t know how to make certain drinks or just made wrong (way too strong).

The vendors on the beach are too much. They're very pushy. We go to resort to relax not to be sold things like we're in forced to be in an auction.

Beautiful up to date property.

Everyone was super friendly and hospitable. Such kind people.

We had a great time. Very clean resort and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely return.

Large Suite Room. Ocean View, nice pools, great service and always cleaning.

Very clean, staff very friendly.

Food was mediocre, pictures of resort on website are touched up. Resort is older than it appears.

I would expect a warmer welcome at the front desk upon arrival, but it felt a bit "cold". Also, we had no idea that the entire property would be a "bumping party vibe" as this is not noted or advertised anywhere. So if you're room is not closer to the front desk you will hear music and noise until late evening. We did however end up having a wonderful time over all. The food was really good in the Buffet and Italian Restaurant. Susana at the Buffet & Steakhouse was wonderful and gave great service! We met alot of nice people as far as other guest's. Seems like the staff could use a bit of hospitality training but over all we had a good time.

It was too many damn flies in the restaurant! The food was really decent but you have to find a way to control the flies!!! I could not enjoy my food. The air was not working properly in the room!

excellent job

Very low end alcohol. Room service food is horrible and hard to get. Whole hotel stops at 11.

Beautiful view of Land’s End , the ocean The RIU staff works hard, friendly, helpful The food and drinks were good. We enjoyed the Italian and steakhouse restaurants especially for dinner. The buffet is good, too

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing.
