We weren’t sure what to expect and we loved it!!! The Spa was amazing! Rosario was absolutely perfect!

All pictures are deceiving, food was cold and terrible. Upgraded room was not what we expected. Will never stay here again even if it was free.

For most part staff in the hotel are friendly. Food & beverages are not great. Specially beverages from a regular soda to an alcoholic drink they all taste water down. There was not much variety in food even though they have a few restaurants to dine in. The staff in the restaurants sometimes it seemed like they were in a bad mood. Also, there’s not much to do around this hotel. Will definitely not be staying there again and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The food is ok. The service from bartenders and waitstaff was amazing. The concierge/front desk were absolutely terrible. Upon checking in we kept having issues with our room and they kept sending so many repairmen daily it was frustrating and they would not accommodate us with another room. All they did was apologize about the inconveniences but we lost a lot of time and energy constantly going back and forth with them about our room. Besides that hiccup the rest of the staff was amazing.

Getting only 4 water bottles for 3 people in such humid weather power day without getting charged. The restaurant waiters didn't have much customer service experience. The hosts did but not the waiters. They wouldn't even introduce themselves. Our food and dessert would take VERY VERY VERY LONG to receive. My daughter's food would come first. She divided and is still be waiting for mine. If always had to eat alone. Pool hours should be extended till 10pm in july-august. My mini fridge would make this lots awful noise at night and it would keep us up. I would have to unplug it in order to get some sleep. So, we wake up without cold water.

Supero mis expectativas

First off, I really liked my room and I paid for a massage that was very relaxing. My chief complaints are about the check-in process which made no sense that I did not have a room until 6 pm and checkin is at 3 pm. I had to wait an hour and a half to find out that my room was not ready and I arrived at 230 pm? Second, I had to continually ask for just basic towels to be in my room. Third, they ran out of napkins at dinner two times, what??? Fourth, the bars closed so early that the all inclusive really meant as long as you happen to be at the right bar or dining facility. Finally on my last night, the room was never cleaned. It's a good thing I grabbed some towels from the pool so I could take a shower. I am going to say this was maybe due to Covid and being short on help (Pablo at the pool bar was awesome) but please do better in the future as if others have this experience, the business will suffer.

The personal was overwhelmed. Some of them very rude or unhelpful. Of course there were very nice people but the receptionists were very rude. Our room wasn’t ready. They gave us wrong keys. They provide COVID tests and then they said it was only for 50 people that they didn’t have enough. The hostess at the buffets was really angry at everyone. It was an old man at lunch hour. The rest of the people were very nice, the activities that the hotel organized were nice. Very nice room but not very clean the shower didn’t look very clean and there were lots of hair from previous guest.

2 1/2 hour check in. Facility was understaffed. Staff was very rriendly and facility was clean. Food was so-so.

The View was great but the food ,drinks were horrible You paid to much not to have top shelf liquor. No activity posted was not in that area you missed it.
