Stayed at this hotel last October. The location was perfect. It was walking distance from the Santa Monica Pier. Parking was not very pleasant since you had to park in really tight spaces. Didn't really like that there was one elevator that serviced all the floors including the garage. Had to contact the staff three times just to get a fridge setup in the room (why it doesn't just come standard with the room, I have no idea). Had to contact staff again a few weeks after checkout because my room was prepayed through Orbitz and they charged my room after checkout (this was resolved, but still its a hassle if you don't look at your statement every month). Overall, its a convenient hotel just for the location...and just for a short stay.

Stayed for one night, great hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Directly across the street from the Santa Monica pier. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Front desk guy said pool was closed due to construction. It was closed due to Covid rules. We were told we could not remove our masks and eat our food at the tables in the lobby at 7am with no one else around. Very noisy outside hotel on the weekends until early AM hours. Smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana on our floor the entire time we were there.

Terrible terrible terrible

Never stayed there this was a fraudulent charge in which the company refused to properly handle

It was dirty and felt like a motel. The room was so stuffy that we had to use the built-in (very loud) fan all night. The staff was incompetent and rude. They accidentally gave us the wrong room at first, then didn’t tell us how to use the janky elevator (you have to rapidly move the card in and out). Parking is $33 overnight, room $300 with taxes. Not worth it. Not even close.

Thats it was close to everything. The beach, restaurants, stores, mall.

Property is in a nice location. We got a room with a partial ocean view, which would have been nice if the window wasn't so dirty. Could barely see out.

Nice hotel and great location. Just do not know how they charge tax on a parking spot let alone charge for parking when you are stay there.

Was great. Really frustrated that we had an emergency and had to leave after 3 hours. Contacted both orbits and Wyndham and neither will work with me for even a partial refund ... I understand they have to clean the room and stuff . But I travel a lot.. been a orbitz and Wyndham member for years. I think they’d work with me a little. There is no appreciation for company loyalty at all .

The keys were useless for all customers. They didn’t work in elevators or rooms! I hsd yo get mine rejected 2 times in 1 day. Horrible experience

I never will Recommend to no one I traveled lot in my bad Experience is for fancy hotel charges for a glass of water not bottle I agree if i need to paid if they Explain to you Normally any hotels they let you stay until noon and yell for one hour late they charge you $100 more on top of that bill i am not happy 😩

Friendliness, wonderful, will be coming back, just amazing

Location is nice but the rooms are pretty small and the windows don't open, so it's very damp. Really could use some fresh air.
