It was hard to reach the front desk from the hotel room. Twice, a call to the desk went unanswered. I was on the 22nd floor and could still hear the sound of traffic, and on one night there was an all-night party with music blaring.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved the pool.

The check-in process was great. The young lady was on her 3rd consecutive 12-hour shift (after being out of work because of the pandemic) and she was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness-this was disappointing. There was no coffee or water upon check-in and there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The carpet looked very dirty and the white duvet sheet was off-white. It just is not normal for a Westin. Room service and hours of operation for dining was a bust, but I'm sure this is COVID related. There were some staff members who were not as friendly, but I'm guessing they too are short-staffed. Also, parking is $50/day with in-and-out capabilities...IF there isn't an event in the area. If there IS an event, you will find yourself searching for parking.

You can hear all the traffic noises all through the night. Valet parking takes a lot of time. Parking has been a challenge.. with long waiting time.

Staff was friendly (but hard to get ahold of-had to walk down to lobby a lot), masks not reinforced, homeless population surrounding the entrance, rooms were not clean. Parking was $49/day. Microwave needed to be rented for $25. Location was great for what I needed. We were NOT informed that revolving restaurant was NOT revolving. This was really upsetting since we could’ve spent $400 (family of 3) elsewhere.

Great location, but beware the increase in homeless population if you are walking. The hotel is not as clean as I would’ve liked it to be (especially considering the current pandemic situation). Masks were not reinforced. Room felt dirty (carpets in both of my rooms were disgusting!) Needed to pay extra for a microwave and parking is $49/day.

Would not stay there again. We couldn’t park our truck there because it didn’t fit! That has never happened to us before. It took us an hour to find a safe place to park.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is nice. Most of the restaurants and stores closed at 9pm. I felt that was a little early. Valet services were very slow.

Service was lacking. Checked into room. Key didn't work. Housekeeping could not open it either. Go down to front desk who says security will come up. 15 minutes later they arrive. They can't open it. Say they will call someone to fix the lock. Finally after 40 minutes I have to say give me a new room. Just not very accommodating or able to figure out to provide a new room right away rather than have someone stand outside their room for 40 minutes before the customer solves the problem themselves by getting another room.

On site its bathroom ceiling is cracking

Relax and easy access

Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and professional. Only thing was we had to park across the street because the garage was full.

Great service this time around

Room was filthy. Bed lumpy. Service very sliw.

very nice view.
