Called to confirm that I would be able to check in with a midnight arrival. Nobody in the office upon arrival, despite it supposedly being 24 hours. Facility looks moderately seedy, not truck friendly.

Everyone says its in a bad part of town, but I didnt see anything like that. Right across the street from Azusa Pacific University, great spot, lots of places to walk too. Will gladly stay here again!

Everything is like brand new I was there for 1 day and 2 nights big rooms and bed was king alot of space

Clean, safe, convenient and ample free parking inside the premises. Rooms face the inner courtyard where you also park your car. Well isolated from the street. It is in the seedier part of town but just a twenty minute walk from the posh part of town, so it's perfect way to get quality affordable accommodations if you don't mind short walks through a dodgy neighborhood to hit the nice barcrawl.

Managers are super rude and they talk to you with alot of adittude i would not stay here at the stardust ever again

Worth the price relative other hotels that cost more in the area. The did a nice job of keeping the walls and furnishing in pretty good condition. Bathroom was clean and nice shower and fixtures and counters. Had a lot of flies in the room when we entered. A/C wasn't strong so I pull the filters to find them completely solid and covered in "dust". Cleaned them myself to get the room cooling. Floor is solid, not carpet. Good for 3rd world conditions. Bad if you want to come in and kick your shoes off. Feet get dirty.

From the last time I stayed here, the cleanliness has gone from good to bad. The floor didn't look like it was cleaned, there was liquid stains and the bottom wall behind the toilet, looks like it's about to collapse. Microwave looked dirty and refrigerator. I hope the next time I stay here, the room I get, is a lot cleaner.

Stafff removed the tv remote back to the office and pretended they did not have it

Hotel is in a good location, however inside was left to be desired. Our bedsheets had a huge rip on top which should be replaced.

Room was very clean but the whole in the front door and bathroom wall didn't exude a lot of confidence in safety and confirmed my dislike for motel accommodations as a result.

The rooms vary. One room ( we had two ) had a shower/ tub combo and a good heater/ ac unit. The other room had no faucet for the tub and an inferior heater/ ac unit. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The comforters on the bed had burn holes. The rooms were fairly quiet, and we were able to get a good nights sleep there. The 10:30 am check-out time seemed very early. The remotes did not turn on the TV, though they changed channels. It was good enough for what we needed, a place to sleep.

The staff is competent and the place is a good value for the money, especially in the LA area. Rooms are big and good with micro/fridge and flat screen tv.

We where a little hesitant about it because its not very nice on the outside, but the rooms where very nice! The bathrooms were so clean and had granit, the beds where big and comfy as well, just needed more towels than just 2. And more pillows but everything else was nice.

A nice college town with restaurants and shopping. The rooms are big and clean with flat screen, micro-fridge. The family that runs it are very nice, helpful and competent.

Tastefully & competently remodeled Rm 212, 2-Queens. Clean vinyl tile flooring, fresh air, granite counters and tub enclosure. New toilet, tub, sink & fixtures. Tv, frig, m/w, a/c, lighting & coordinated design. Conservative but adequate place to rest; n-hood quite & safe in central Azuza. Would revisit & recommend. Book early for best rate.

The motel was a good value and located near the event we attended, however the area must have a high crime rate. The front desk staff are protected from the customer by working in an area enclosed by a clear plastic window. In addition, there was a sign with disclaimer of no responsibility for theft or vandalism of vehicles parked in front of the room and items in the room. The staff were courteous and helpful regarding the motel, but did not appear to know much about locations around the motel.
