Our bedsheets has bloodstains and counter tops are still dirty. It’s just so bad and nasty, after a long day outside you’re expecting to have a nice and clean bed to sleep but it didn’t happen. We didn’t call until the next morning we just took out them bedsheets and we slept with no bedsheets. Plus there’s no parking at their facility so you have to pay for Valet parking or parking garage and there so unlimited re entry which is s*cks cus evrytime you have to exit you have to pay $17. I’m not going to stay here anymore. Bad experience bad costumer service. I just like the pool cus it’s heated and this place is closer to airport.

I love the look of the hotel, very nice and the location was awesome as well. the only thing that I didnt like was the parking and. $55 a day for valet and $17 for each time you come and leave can become very expensive. this needs to be fixed.

Also the Asian concierge guy was rude af. During my visit on 8/25, I approached him. He didn’t speak. And when I asked a question he was not friendly and basically acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered. Not ok. This is a well known hotel brand not a motel chain. Customer service should’ve been better. I will say the wait staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. So they rose to the occasion. Overall, I expected better and was super underwhelmed. I won’t be back. There are more modern hotels with better service in this price point.

Awful, waste of my money. Smokey room. They had to switch my room, the néw room was Smokey as well. My asthma started to flair up. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A MARRIOT OR A SHERATON HOTEL EVER AGAIN IN LIFE.

I liked that the room seemed recently renovated. I didn't like the long wait at check-in.

Hotel is older and needs a makeover though clean enough Staff were great.

The property was beautiful. Two complaints. First was $55 daily for parking times 6 days. Ridiculous. Second I could not get my room cleaned or serviced. Had to call for fresh towels, even toilet paper which they did deliver promptly.
