Not Bad

Walkable with lots of restaurants. Easy to get around.

It is very clean and close to any attractionssich as Hollywood and Korean town in LA. Managers were very nice, helpful with smil.

Too old building.... too hard bed and no parking space.

Staff was wonderful, polite, and eager to please. Too bad the hotel wasn’t as nice. The hotel was nothing to write home about. Run down and old, but still clean. Beds were super uncomfortable. They felt like you were sleeping on cardboard. The air conditioner never cooled the room down. And there was a weird smell throughout the room.

The hotel is located in good area; close to many store and restaurant. I do like the conditions of the hotel like they are also clear and quiet. The only problem is A/C. These AC making noise alot. The AC does working but just loud noise when the machine working. Overall i like this hotel.

This hotel is too old. It is a hotel only for Chinese.

I'll start with the good: the staff were wonderful, the valet parking was a plus for the area (and free! but recommend tipping), the lobby was nice, hotel had restaurant and bar to offer. It also seemed to be exceptionally quiet for the area. To be fair, we are small town people and haven't stayed in a big city like LA before, so perhaps what we found negative would be standard in a typical LA room. We were upgraded, since they didn't have our room, but the upgraded room seemed somewhat small for a "suite" and made us question what our "downgraded" room would have looked like. The bathroom was very large, but seemed kind of dirty. Everything seemed to be in Korean (welcome book, instructions, etc.), but we were in Koreatown and it didn't really affect our stay (this had NO bearing on our rating of the room). The bed was like sleeping on a rock it was so hard. And the hair dryer flung sparks at my face and hair, which was kind of terrifying. The air conditioner and fan were also really loud, but seemed to work fine. We also found it somewhat strange a room of that price wouldn't have a microwave, but to be fair, we knew that going in. Given how expensive the area is in general, I would say the room probably wasn't that bad for the price.
