The location is what sold this property as it is very close to Universal Studios. We were looking for a cheaper option to stay near the park. It was overpriced for what it was but being an LA it is what it is. The parking it was a bit tricky and tight but they were very accommodating. Check in quite some time but they were very nice and apologetic. The free breakfast it's a joke so don't stay here if you're hoping for something really fancy. It fit our needs for a family as we stayed with three adults and four children and were able to walk to Universal Studios. Overall I would say again as there are a lot of eateries around the area.

There was no hot water. We had to take cold showers.

This was overall a great little Inn to sleep and wash up if you won't be spending much time in the room. The only issue I had was we were on the bottom floor and could hear every step and movement of the people staying above us. Carpets may help a bit with that. The towels were paper thin. I think investing in perhaps a bit thicker towels would go a long way to make our stay more comfortable.

The rooms are okay you get what you pay for. The rooms are very small same as bathroom. Parking lot extremely small and dont try and bring a big car they will send you across the street to public parking. Breakfast was decent (waffles and pastries). The guy that works at night was nice and helpful. The lady that works during the day was not.

It was okay. Bathroom was really small. Towels had hair on them. Location was close to universal studios

Great location to Universal Studios and restaurants. Clean and were very accommodating to allow me to check in early. Parking lot is very, VERY small and cars are parked practically on top of each other. But there is a parking lot across the street that is available for larger vehicles. Breakfast was decent for complimentary. I would stay again for sure.

Great location, but hotel was not clean and smell weird

Across the street from Universal Studios, Buses and Train. The perfect location for us.

Continental breakfast ok! The room extremely small you couldn’t even walk, parking a problem people park in front of your car we had to call front desk to call the car in front of you to be able to leave the parking area. We found out it was an employee car.

I didn’t like the parking lot too small and the sheets were dirty

Great location! Super close to Universal Studios. Friendly staffs and good breakfast! But the room is tiny and noisy!

First time here I love it 😍 I would come again , let others know it’s a good place to stay

Great location, short walk to Universal studios shuttle. Plenty eats , best pizza; Fernandas pizza.

Thé bathroom floor got visible hair. The room is all linoleum, floor sticky, no carpeting. Room really small, beddings sheets flimsy and worn, furniture needs updating, bed not comfortable. Breakfast not served till 7:30 and does not help since we have to leave early. Towels really thin.

Really dated room and noisy air-con. The room's wall is very thin. Old room but good location. Not comfortable bed and did not have a good sleep.

Not professional they need way beter Customer service
