Rooms are horrible and very small. The AC makes a lot of noise that you’ll wake up. It took us 30 mins to check in to the hotel as the staff was busy talking. Parking is on 7th floor. They charge per day basis and not per night. Really disappointed!

Nice hotel

The location is absolutely beautiful, a really wonderful old LA feel, and wildly inexpensive considering I was a 15 minute drive from the Wiltern, which is where the show I came for was playing. My only gripe is parking. The hotel is trying to shake me down for $45 a night to park when I can park at the hotel across the street for $13 a day. Why would you gouge your guests?

Front desk staff non responsive, never answered phone on multiple days, from inside line or outside call in. cleaning only provided every other day.

On day 1 we found a giant cockroach in the room, we had already unpacked so it was a huge inconvenience to move to another room. In the new room the carpet was dirty, we didn't have coldwater in bathroom. No water pressure in the bathroom sink and bathtub was clogged. Iron and remote control didn't work. Keureg in the room was leaking.. We had to walk quite a distance to use a microwave. Housekeeping didn't show up one day. We had to pay an additional $35 per day for parking. We didn't get to explore much of the ball rooms because they were closed due to COVID. But the lobby was nice.

Great hotel

This is very old property, do not get deceived by pictures in orbitz or any other web sites. compared to other hotel properties this is cheap. I will never go back to this property again.

Top service, cleanliness. Nice location downtown.

Nice & clean

Really good.

There was a film shoot going on while I was there, so the pool/gym/spa was closed, and the all of the lobby areas were empty of furniture and full of equipment. So why was I paying a resort fee? Also, my room had a hodgepodge of unmatched furniture, lights that didn't work and a visibly grimy carpet. I stayed here a dozen years ago and it was lovely--it has fallen off completely. Very sad state of a historic property...

Nice but recommended

The building itself was beautiful! Unfortunately we arrived during a movie/TV filming so any of the amenities were not available (i.e Pool, Bar) until last day and restaurant was not open.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

This has the Biltmore name, but that's it. Horrible room, someone left a half smoked cigarette on the window ledge, the hair dryer's plug was mangled rendering it unusable, the sheets seemed as if they hadn't been changed from the last guest. Spent one night out of six and checked out and moved to another hotel! Really sad how the Biltmore name has been degraded.

The architecture.

The best hotel

Towels and beddings was dirty. Windows was dirty we couldn’t see outside because of dirt. Ac was so loud thats why we couldn’t turn it on at night.
