Def. old property. Place had a very horrible chemical smell. Pictures didn’t look nothing like the room we got. Took forever for Front desk to come out and check us in. No chair for the desk that was in our room. They literally knocked on our door exactly at check out time to pretty much kick us out. When we complained about the room they seemed very indifferent.

Mildew smell, poor bed, missing trash can, missing chair, but the worst was the noise - by other customers nocturnal activities and by staff/relatives

The rooms were clean except that we saw mice traps in the room.

The property was in good order, and the staff was friendly. The room was remodeled (some minor imperfections), and the bed was comfortable. Beware that there are no irons, ironing boards, or hangers available. A communal microwave and water cooler are in the plaza (outdoors). The WiFi was reliable and fast. The walk through Lincoln Park on the way back towards USC campus was a nice start to the day after checkout. The only thing I would note was "off" about the experience, is that the shower curtain was sagging considerably. Overall, good experience if you need to stay near LA without paying major chain prices.

This is a sweet little motel very near hospitals and care facilities. The staff are kind and it is single-story so all rooms are accessible with only a few stairs. The rooms are nicely renovated. I stayed her with my mother when she visited a friend who went to LA for surgery. This hotel is also only a few miles from Union Station so is easily accessible by train via Uber or Lyft. We have both enjoyed our stays at Lincoln Park Motel.

The outside is unassuming but the room is quaint and what the price suggests. The area is a little off but overall I never felt unsafe. The room smelt like cigarettes which didn’t bother us but can bother others. Nice and friendly staff upon check in and out.

This hotel is like stepping back in time. Unfortunately it is not in the quality of neighborhood it originated in,The hotel staff seems to be making an effort to overcome that. The air conditioner was not cooling the room when we checked in. The manager checked a couple of things and then changed the entire unit so we could have a cool room. The maid cleaned our room well everyday and even rinsed our beach towels and suits which we had laying over the shower rail to dry. I would recommend they change their pest control company and find a way to provide some sort of breakfast treat. I would hate to see this motel disappear. It truly is unique.

cockroach everywhere. has hair on towels. shower does not work. some times only hot water, some times only cool water. terrible location. a lot of guys shouted and arguing outside during night time. security is poor. NEVER stay in this hotel!!!
