The parking situation should be explained! They have construction so you need to move your car before 7 am :( we didnt even get enough sleep and the person working that day was super rude with zero customer service skills! Not only that but our deposit didnt get returned until 3 days later and only because we called you guys (Orbitz) to complain lol terrible place to stay! Please dont go!

It was not good at all. they still use actual keys for the hotel and the restrooms are tiny!

This hotel requires a 50 deposit which is very reasonable. But when you give the clerk 60 and receive no change, at first I didn't say anything expecting the 60 back at check out. When check out time arrived I went got my deposit and not until later that day I open up the money and there was only 50. Went back and the owner still had the audacity to say if I was that broke I had to go back for the 10 dollars. First he steals from me and then has the nerve to disrespect me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS HOTEL!

Amenities: Rodents, insects, poor service, uncomfortable beds, stale air, general uncleanliness, smelly everything, cramped bathroom, gravel unfinished parking lot, no lobby. They will also only service your room every other day and you have to hunt them down for simple things like towels. It's not worth whatever money you're trying to save.

we didn't expect to have to pay a cash 50 dollar deposit. we thought it had all been covered online. we told him it was fine and would my husband was going to go get the cash at his bank. it was a 2 night paid stay. after 1.5 hrs and hAving asked 3 times. did he allow me to at least enter the room and lay on the bed. had me lay in in the lobby waiting for my husband. 10 min before my husband arrived he finally decided to let me in and with the door open

Some how I got a handicap bathroom bedroom, I was doing my make-up and a roach ran out from behind the mirror. I didn't sleep there after that. Hotel owner was picking at his toes while checking me in !!! But he was nice.

Well I use Orbiz and ask 2-rooms 2-bed and I get one full bed on each room, place was $278 , it's small I mean very small place with 2 thinning towels on each room 2 soap bars each room no concrete in the parking , bed are not confortable basically you feel like inside the box. If you go one for few hours maybe,maybeee you can go in here but still expensive you can pay a better place for the same money NO RECOMMENDED!!!

our linens are cleaned by an outside service and have never had any complaints.

We are sory for the confusion. The clerk was not over on his closeout that evening, but i do see A $10 rufend to you on the next day.
