I didn't like that they charge for parking.

The place was spotless, clean and quiet. The only issue 40 dollars to valet park.

Gentlemen in the front telling guests the hotel had bed bugs. After my boyfriend & I checked in we double checked the linen. Fortunately didn’t see anything. When we went to eat nearby we saw 1 couple up cancelling their stay w Expedia because

Your employees are rude,

First of all the parking is $40 a day for valet, if you can afford that, then great! I parked at the parking lot next to hotel which was $20 a day and found it to be a safe and more economical option. The hotel is very nice from the outside and the inside is very cozy. You feel like you’re in a nice hotel walking in through the main lobby, that quickly changes as you walk through the hallways that lead to the rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous at all times and the cleaning staff were also nice. The rooms are very tiny. You literally walk into the room and you are at the bed and you don’t have a lot of space to walk around. There was still hair from the last guest on the desk area. They gave us the room right off the elevator on the second floor and you could hear everything happening in that hallway. The bathroom was very small and it was not as clean as I hoped it would be. The shower was still dirty when we got there so I had to request someone to come clean It. If you’re on a budget and need a quick place to sleep, then you could consider staying here. Otherwise, spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer. It is likely that I will not come back to stay at this hotel. I decided to stay here so I could experience the hotel for myself and provide future guests an honest and unbiased review.

Rooms are very tiny . On orbitz website it showed free parking and free breakfast when I did the purchase. When I checked in they were not free. Their parking is $40!!! Overall, I wish I have considered other hotels

It’s a cute boutique hotel in walking distance to central market - they have valet and keep your car safe - cute small room with everything you need. Enjoy !

Wasn’t able to check in

Great stay. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Nothing fancy.

Great place .staff was great.thank you will stay again

The entrance and hotel was very nice and clean, the location was set in the heart of DT Los Angeles which was very convenient. The only thing we didn’t like was the hotel rooms were really small and if you wanted them to park your car is was 30.00 a day. We ended parking about 1 block away in an over night parking lot for about 6.00 which was much more reasonable.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and the staff were friendly both times and and helpful and the rooms were clean both times. I’ll be staying here again!

No complaints. Was looking for a budget friendly hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and hotel was located at a decent area.

You have to pay for valet parking or else you need to park somewhere else and pay another fee. Rooms are a bit small. But room was clean so that’s a good thing.
