I love my stay, all the staff was awesome!!

Great choice, I would stay again…definitely!

Staff was very helpful. Jennifer at the front desk provided lots of information to my husband and I and even suggested some things for us to do. Will definitely stay again

Excellent hotel. Clean. Modern. Efficient. Amazing customer service & very welcoming. Deserves full 5 stars!

We loved our stay at the Intercontinental hotel. Definitely going to stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The view is breathtaking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The ambassador Manny even walked us to our room and gave us a breakdown on how to work the lights and AC. Until next time.

I had a loud noise in my bathroom the entire stay and the management only waived $30 property fees.It was a total insult to the over $1400 I spent for 4 nights.Totally unacceptable

The hotel is pretty nice but the entire place smelled like weed. There is not enough staff to serve the number of people. Every time i called room service there was at least an hour wait time for food. I stood at the bar for 30 minutes to order a drink. Everything is over priced. The breakfast buffet was good but also over priced.

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful ! I got an amazing few over downtown LA ,also the rooftop was amazing my girlfriend and I had our anniversary dinner up top to end our stay there and I have to say the view is so worth it !

Bed/bedding very comfortable. Spacious room. Courteous valet staff, very quick to retrieve vehicle. Nice gym with lots of machines. Fridge/microwave not included in room. City views from our corner room on the 47th floor, but windows were dirty (outside). A bit of a hassle to transfer elevators when arriving/exiting the hotel.

The elevator game of up and down gets old quickly

Beautiful views from lobby area (70th floor). Very upscale hotel and staff very good. I didn’t like the confusing multiple elevators initially, but once you’ve used them, it’s no problem at all.

Beautiful property in the heart of downtown LA with the Staple center within view. The room, hotel and hotel amenities were immaculent and the staff were friendly. Staff and hotel security guided us between the elevators as the lobby was on the 70th floor and our room was on the 54th floor but you get used to it quickly. There are lots of homeless people in the area but they are not on the hotel’s property which is different from what I read about in other hotel reviews. Top notch restaurants were in walking distance and Target if you forget anything while traveling. We will definitely return!

Great hotel, I was on floor 42 and had great views of the entire city. The only downside is parking and their elevator system. There is only valet parking option which can get pricey depending on how long your staying. With the elevators you have to go to floor 70 for EVERY time then take another elevator to the floor if your room that’s kind of annoying but every thing else was great.

The valet parking was atrocious. We waited in line for 45 minutes to drop off our vehicle, only to walk into the elevator that was covered in vomit.

Came into town for USC commencement- ready to celebrate. Stayed here before, never coming back. Warm greeting at front desk. Terrible experience at elevator to 73rd level open bar. Wanted to share the view which used to be accessible the last two stays to paying guests but now is only for parties paying an additional $60 minimum per person. Elevator door opens and a guy SCREAMS « Security » in my face/ into his radio. Don’t tell me this is for Covid protection (ha!) we were wearing masks. Not an inch out of the elevator door. I quietly apologized and shrank to the back of the elevator. Killed the vibe and left us feeling very unwelcome. Done with this place. Shout out to friendly front desk and valets, and housekeeping who aren’t why we won’t be back. FYI this place reeks of weed, not the occasional waft but a choking wall of skunk, especially the elevators. Not a premium experience. I apologized to my husband who is thankfully pretty laid back but agrees we won’t be returning.
