Hotel lobby is beautiful. Complimentary rides in the Benz- excellent. Views from room -amazing. Room was on the 9th floor- a little dated but good.

It was close to a mall and food. Very quiet hotel, loved it👍

The staff was wonderful! Everyone we met was great! Our car had a cargo box on the roof and they were able to accommodate our car. We arrived late and housekeeping came right to our room with extra sheets for our pullout. Other hotels we've always had to wait. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience - friendly service and great room.

The property is of 4.5 - 5 star caliber. I stayed there for over 10 days. The pluses were a convenient location near a shopping mall with nearby restaurants, located in a safe but quiet neighborhood and the service was very good, The minuses were that the battery on the door locked went out twice so I was locked out twice. The staff fixed the problem promptly and sent a complimentary fruit basket to make amends but it was annoying to have the same problem happen twice. Also parking is very expensive but what you would expect for the area. The shower and toilet were very close to one another which is off putting for a 5 star hotel, The water tank in the toilet kept running and had to be fixed twice. The issue was resolved quickly but was annoying for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful view very courteous and professional...No complaints

If you get the right room (facing the right direction) you'd get a balcony and a good view of downtown LA. Good location - It's never easy getting around LA, but this hotel is close to a large mall with restaurants and a lot of shopping. Fox Studios are very close. Beverly Hills is close too (maybe a couple of miles). Staff were friendly; nice room.

Excellent service at front desk,we love the location the hotel in self is well maintain, they upgraded us our room and they upgraded us check out at 2pm I'm definitely telling everyone about the hotel,I'm going back when time permits. Thank you so much for the people who work their to make the hotel operate with out you all and wouldn't be same, we appreciate you all! The wedding of Greg deccico anf Shannon was beautiful went to stay there because my friends wedding but needed up extending the weekend to mini vacation and I'm very satisfied that we do that!

Gorgeous views from our room. Friendly staff, very accommodating. The pool area would be my only issue and really not a big deal but it's a little outdated and with only one waiter working the entire pool, you might wait a while before ordering food or drinks. Otherwise, I would recommend to friends. Beautiful place.

My stay at the Intercontinental was somewhat disappointing. For a 1st time visiting Beverly Hills, I had no idea how isolated the hotel would be and there was no parking except for the $30/day valet and hourly rate for your guests. Besides the parking, the hotel was nice. The front desk staff however was somewhat pretentious. My bellhop was extraordinarily helpful with finding restaurants and things to do in the city.

One of the best properties in LA to stay at for business.

We had business in Century City--on the Avenue of the Stars--so this hotel was conveniently located. There are also places to eat nearby and a photography gallery with exhibits that are engaging. It is a safe place to walk and there are open spaces to sit, read, and relax. The hotel itself is lovely. The driveway entering is small and crowded and I had to be careful not to clip other cars, but the attendants were polite, the bellhop was quick to unload the car and take our luggage. The lobby is hospitable. The concierge is always available and gave us good advice. The staff was very friendly. There is a free car service to go to nearby appointments, restaurants, etc. The price was a bit high even considering the excellent location and service. The parking fee seems excessive. The hotel restaurant was very good but I thought $9.00 for oatmeal was a bit too high as were the rest of the breakfast choices. The room was nice too, but I would hardly call it a good value. To be fair everything in the neighborhood seemed a bit expensive, so if I had business in Century City I might well stay at this hotel again.
