Stayed at the property for a 3 day weekend. Front desk staff was nice and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, you will need to ask for fresh towels, My room was not serviced during my stay, I believe due to COVID. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport, please be mindful that they run every 15-20 minutes. We were able to turn in our car the day before to avoid the hassle in the morning due to our early flight. Rooms do not have refrigerators. (I believe they are $25 to rent). If you have children there are several gas stations and a CVS near by for snacks. Parking is $44 per night and you are able to come and go as you please. There are other parking garages available in the area but you must repay each time. The parking lot elevator is very close to the hotel elevators. Overall my stay was pleasant and it was convenient to the locations I was visiting. Universal, Santa Monica Pier and Rodeo Drive were approx. a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic.

Great prices and locations. Friendly staffs!

Rooms are in serious need of maintainance. Details need to be supervised and fixed. The building is old and it can get away with some aspects that are in other newer Hilton properties, however, it should live up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. Internet is expensive and slow.

Lack of service

The bed was comfy, the room clean, and the shuttle to and from LAX is well worth the price of the room. Super convenient.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. Proximity to the airport is convenient. Only issue was that housekeeping never came by to replenish the in-room coffee, provide fresh towels, and replace empty shampoo/body wash containers over the course of a five night stay.

If you are driving be prepared to pay extra 44 $ a night for the parking, guests don't get any discounts. Very dark bathroom. No fan in the bathroom.

Accessibility

Bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was hair everywhere. I’m glad I bought Lysol wipes. The room has no amenities except TV. Not worth what I paid to stay. I wouldn’t expect this from Hilton.

Perfect place to spend the night when traveling. Hotel shuttle was convenient, quick, & easy.

The room only provided 2 bath towels, that was a little disappointing. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Not what I expected at all. The hotel rooms were super old school, there was no fridge, and our tub was super dirty. Not sure if they cleaned, but the room was a little dusty too.

Great!!! I recommend ☺️

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. I didn’t like that.

Very good position for staying at the airport.

It was good

The customer service was great

Horrible parking situation... coulnt find any parking even though i paid for it. Was a headache getting resolved and some staff extremely rude. Room barely hs outlets and working fans for bathroom. No fridge.

Parking in the Los Angeles airport area tends to be expensive. This should definitely be considered when booking in that area. This property’s lot was 4 levels down. A little chore each time going in and out. The amenities like coffee and water were a bit over priced.
