the location is great and property is pretty clean. the website is inaccurate stating the restaurant and bar are open when in fact they are both closed. no glassware in rooms or even available. staff was hit or miss. our checkout agent was kind and heard us out, but otherwise staff seemed to be not so knowledgeable and valet looked sloppy and rude. mini fridge in room did not work and spoiled our perishables. i will be looking at other brands in the future.

Do not stay at this hotel. They blame all of their ineptitude and lack of hospitality on “Covid”. Trey is the worst, most pretentious, ‘too good for his job’ hotel manager I’ve even come across. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

This place is filthy, I was very disappointed that upon arrival the receptionist stated that there were not cleaning during my stay because of COVID-19 if I will know ahead of time before booking, I will not choose this hotel. I have to ask a housekeeper who pass by my room for free towels and if she can take my garbage out of my room, she was nice to offer me to clean my room if I wish, but I have to call the front desk to be able to authorize it. I called the morning before requesting this service and I was denied. My room smells like marijuana the odor came from the bathroom vents, since my bathroom didn’t have the fan working. Very disappointed with Hilton that they still using the CoViD restrictions as a excuse to save money in sanitation and. Cleaning. Never used Hilton again. Good bye to my Hilton Honors!

Everthing was ok to my needs except theInternet WIFI. Was really slow and could not conect my personal devices.

The rooms are clean and in good condition. Bed, linens, and pillows are very comfortable. Room size is very accomodating.

The location is very good and the hotel is clean but had a very bad experience with the staff at check out. I was in LA for only one day and my return flight was at 6PM. There were two people at front desk when I was checking out at 9AM. I told them that I’m checking out now and returning my room keys but asked them if I can leave my luggage and pick up around 4PM since my flight is in the evening. Both of the front desk employees were very rude and told me that I can’t leave my luggage at the hotel after I check out due to Covid! They said that I can leave my luggage in the room but have to come back and pick it up before noon I told them that it doesn’t make any sense and I understand that I have to leave the room before room but they should be able to hold my luggage somewhere so I can come later and pick it up on my way to airport I told them my flight is in the evening and I can’t walk with my luggage all day in LA They didn’t care at all I told them I will call Hilton customer service and stepped outside the lobby to make the phone call A minute later the guy came outside and told me that they can keep my luggage! I then walked inside and gave my luggage to the other front desk employee which I can tell from her face that she wasn’t happy at all! It just didn’t make any sense why they gave me such a hard time to hold my luggage for a few hours eventhough I told them several times that my flight is in the evening and I’m in LA only for one day

Dry nice. Always happy with garden inn no matter where we go

Being a Hilton you expect much more. Everything (cleanliness, staff,etc) was OK. But the room was old-looking, and just no big deal. I think the Holiday Inn right next door would've been a better choice. BIG complaint, the $40 a DAY mandatory valet parking. There's no other option. Plus there was NEVER a mention of this, even just 2 or 3 days, that really adds up so there should honestly be a warning somewhere. It's a ripoff and a refund on that parking charge would only begin to make up for this weekend.

Love the heated pool. Hate the two elevators that take ages to operate. Hated the extremely loud pervasive construction drilling & hammering above and beside my room. Disappointed with housekeeping who basically refused to take trash and dirty towels out of room after first of two nites.

Stayed for Rose Parade. Good location!. I have to type 50 characters, really?

Hotel is in a good location, but room was very small and the door would not shut properly unless you lifted up on it. The hotel is clean but falling apart and they were painting while we were there. Also, we weren't made aware of the $40/night mandatory valet parking prior to arrival.

Location, location, location! Exceptional location.

Easy walking to Hollywood Blvd or Hollywood Bowl! Relaxing pool with beautifully landscaped backdrop, along with a soft stream of 80’s favorites piping out of fake rock speakers, which helps dampen street & helicopter noise. Plenty of lounges around pool & tables for lunch (or dinner,... pool’s open til 10p!)
