The only complaint about this hotel was the room reeked of marijuana.

Parking was down a steep hill behind the property. As someone with mobility issues it was very difficult to get to the lobby to check in. The restaurant is not really “open” except that you could sit in the empty room. It’s more accurate to say the kitchen is open or room service is open and you can order food on your phone and it will be delivered to your room, pool side, or the restaurant. Don’t expect service. Music from the pool was too loud if you want to sleep in. Also, I had to ask the desk to turn it down at 11pm. It should have been off. Breakfast was best described as a muffin and juice. (If you ask for the juice) Otherwise nice place. Keep your expectations reasonable.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the community. Everything was shut down because of COVID-19. Was disappointed we couldn't go to the on site restaurant or bar. Loved our visit!

I always stay at the Grafton when I’m in town. It’s a great boutique hotel in a central location.

Great location. Very comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast.

very limited hours of room service but overall a good hotel

The pool area was lovely, but much smaller than pictured. I was on the second floor, try for a room with a walkout. Service was excellent, has a nice bar, and the rooms are cut! Very artsy, but a little dated. It was perfectky convenient for my needs!

cool place but could hear people on floor above room , no coffee in the room

We did not get to stay in the hotel even though we booked a room because the hotel experienced "flooding" or was overbooked. We were assured a refund when we arrived at the front desk of our temporary hotel, but have yet to receive one over a week later.

Beautiful property. Great pool. Perfect West Hollywood location.

Blood on bedspread Staff noisy in halls while cleaning

Fantastic! Good Atmosphere. Great food. Intimate setting. Gorge!

OVERALL: a nice smaller hotel on the sunset strip. Walkable to many locations on the strip, including the comedy store. HIDDEN FEES: $42.00 per day parking and $20.00 per day for "amenities charge." So $62.00 per day that the hotel is charging you that they do not disclose when you book. This is shady, and this hotel knows it. TOO CLOSE TO THE SUNSET STRIP: my wife and I decided that we didn't really like being *on* the sunset strip. We would have much rather preferred to be on a quieter side street, and closer to Santa Monica Blvd. Much more walkable there.

The beds are too small to sleep 2 and rather uncomfortable. Window air conditioner is very loud.

This is a Proporty that you want to stay away from, the MOST RUDE STAFF EVER.

Terrible service, had to ask for EVERYTHING, toilet paper, towels, coffee. Construction started at 5:30 am. We got to our room at 2am!!!! They did change our room when we complained. Our room was cleaned with towels 1 day out of 4! Service sign was on door. Vacation was ruined
