My bed was full of fleas! Ended up returning the room key and did not stay.

They staff was great the whole building just needs updating. The room was pretty clean but the old carpet makes the whole room stink.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The picture are very very deceiving! From holes in the walls to dirty, very noticeable carpet. We slept with our clothes on. The beds were old and the tiles on the bathroom was cracking! DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is way way overpriced for what you get.. We also had to wait an hour before an attendant showed up to check us in. And request we put a deposit down for incidentals. I don't understand why we had to put a deposit down for incidentals when it looks like the hotel has already been in a couple of incidents! The walls are paper thin. Kids above us were stomping all night. And you can hear folks conversation in the room next to us. I can deal with noise, but a nasty, unclean and dusty room is the only reason I'm writing this review! Especially during COVID season. It was dust bunnies everywhere. Stay away!

Central LA location right on Sunset & La Brea! Close to everything! Walk to numerous restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, & walking distance to the Hollywood strip!

Welcoming staff! There’s a a lot of food and shopping options around all walking distance. The room it self was homey! definitely will stay again.

The person behind the counter didn’t have any type of hospitality skills, very condescending.

Positives: - The hotel was a close walk to many tourist attractions including the Chinese Theatre as well as many restaurants - Close bus stops - Although there is no space to store luggage prior to checking-in, the staff member allowed me to check-in earlier - The cleaning staff were very friendly - Fridge, microwaves were included Negatives: - The area although close to many tourist attractions also attracted dangerous individuals outside of the hotel. I felt unsafe walking outside due to many drug users crowding the entranceway. As well as dangerous crowds, the area also attracts a lot of individuals constantly attempting to catch your attention either to sell something or ask for money for a simple service. Sirens are heard constantly as well. - Although the staff were friendly, the room was not cleaned up as well as I would expect from previous hotel encounters. The bed was left undone with sheets not changed, surfaces of desks, bathroom was not cleaned. - The lightning in the room is non-existent - The room smelled musty mainly coming from the heater as well as the bathroom - Hotel room is accessed via. an outdoor entrance therefore somewhat unsafe - The bathroom also was quite cold in comparison to the rest of the room which made it unpleasant - Amenities were not of great quality therefore unusable, water is not included - No safe, no wardrobe

Cute. But you can definitely tell they just slapped some paint on an old motel. Room service was fast and cleaned the room well. When we had an issue it was address immediately. The bed SUCKS. I didnt even know they made bed with coil springs anymore. Every move my husband made felt like an earth quake

The room was average but clean. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and everyone. The location is awesome. Just based on this I would stay here again. Breakfast was mediocre. AND you have to pay extra to park there, which is ridiculous.

Enjoyed room and accomodations, however a large hole was found in the upper left corner of the door leading to the bathroom. Didn't appreciate the fact customers had to be charged an additional $10 to park on the premises. Very disconcerting as parking should be included in the room rate.

Parking was extremely tight and not enough at the time. Tile was cracked on the bathroom floor. Bathroom was open upon entering making the room hot.

Property is very clean, affordable, and close to everything including walk of fame, ihop, gas, we love it

The only problem was the bathroom door was hard to close. I loved the facet.

El personal de recepción territorialmente fatal!!!!!

LOS CUARTOS CON MAL OLOR, MALA LIMPIEZA EN LOS SERVICIOS HIGIÉNICOS(PELO Y SUCIO Y MOJADO), PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, FALTA DE RESPETO AL TURISTA, DE LO PEOR.
