The pool was beautiful, the beds were comfy , nice views from our room . Clean and tidy . Easy check in . Late check out was nice

Our room was great, just not the property or the amenities. Parking across the street was annoying, and you have to pay for it. I wish there was room service. Without the renovations at the hotel things may've been different. Otherwise the room was good and bed was comfy.

The hotel was under construction and any amenities the hotel offered were not available. Orbitz site did not mention this and basically was duped. There were other hotels near by that I could’ve used but I like staying at Hilton’s because of the bar restaurant gym. Orbitz needs to let us know if the hotel we are staying at is under construction.

Even during this pandemic situation, i felt very safe staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and well kept to minimize the high touch surfaces(i guessed so!) Also, the checkout time is noon. So everything was perfect for us. We were very happy to choose this hotel :)

I didn't like the fact that parking was away from the hotel and we had to carry our heavy backs all the way to the building. They didn't let me know that there was parking fee until the next day, which was about $30, which is way too much.

I never got a chance to stay because i couldn't attend so all my money went down the drain. They wouldn't refund my money i had a funeral to go to

The valet service was very bad. Even when we called down early to get our car we waited 20 to 30 minutes.

I did not like the fact that they only had Valet parking at the facility and it was $28 a night. That was not mentioned in the Orbitz booking.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. The gym and pool were convenient. My only frustration with the property was the bathroom. With the price I was paying, I was frustrated with the lack of cleanliness and overall appearance of the bathroom. They need to renovate. I consistently had problems with the shower working properly. When I first arrived, one of the beds had stained sheets with small holes and a spider in it. I understand that they cannot control where spiders go- this happens everywhere- however, this combined with the dirty sheets did effect my experience.

Not very clean - Staff not able to make the decision on refund of shortened stay after being notified 72 hrs in advance.

The amenities as you walked in, the bar, restaurant/seating are nice. I however stayed in room 611, all you hear throughout the night is the ice machine making all kinds of noise. Might as well of had it inside of the room. There wasnt a bathroom fan which led to the room being smoggy after showering, the windows were also sealed shut leaving no ability to use. The mattress is pretty firm, id expect a more comfortable mattress here. Probably the worst part is there being a seperate $28 fee for an overnight parking fee in probably one of the worst parking lots available., It seems pretty shady as its not mentioned when booking a room.. There is hardly enough room to park, no space in between vehicles, which led to 2 scratches/ding on my car.

Very spacious in both the lobby and the room. Wonderful open feeling.

Dear JaniraOdar, thank you kindly for the review! I'm sorry you were unaware of the parking charges (we do have it posted on the site). It is currently self-parking only due to some of the restrictions, and we actually charge less now ($28) than when it was valet only. You're always welcome to load and unload on our driveway, but for overnight parking the lot is located directly across the street.
