Stafd waa very pleasant and room was clean. However, had to kill a roach and there's no parking. I had to park rwo vmocka away

Booked on orbitz, when I arrive at the hotel they never opened the door or answered the phone

filthy, utilities inconvienent , poor customer service

Waste of money and time. Worst hotel/ run down motel ever.

The staff was nice but gave us a key that didn’t work. Also the inside is really old and dirty.

No parking and if you reserve and decided to cancel they will still charge for one night.

It was okay for a night, but I would not go back because parking was a bit troublesome. There's only about 4 spaces for parking through a small gated alleyway for all the hotel and if your car is bigger than a small SUV you wont fit. Also, the gate is controlled by reception so if you get home too early or too late(12am) your locked out and the side street parking is impossible. I wouldn't have booked this place if I known how limited parking was or its time restrictions.

Really bad Carpet Dirty gum in floors I warned the agents about this place

THIS HOTEL HAS NO FACE TOWELS, DO NOT STAY HERE......

the only problem I encountered was a promised fifteen percent off that I was unable to collect I am distressed and regret renting the room

I booked it because it was cheap and reasonably close to the Amtrak station in LA. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and government offices and its not far from the subway line to downtown LA. Its an older building and that shows. I didn't feel unsafe but its not somewhere I would intentionally stay at unless my other options were unavailable.

If you stay here, you will be paying to have your whole body bitten up and your hair made a breeding nest for a variety of creatures. You will get no sleep or a proper shower. You will likely be robbed of any items you bring or have to throw them away due to infestation.

I don't even know where to start. Before booking, Please read the reviews! This hotel says it has parking. But it doesn't. I had to park on the street and when I woke up my rental car was gone! I got a $99 ticket plus 300 in vehicle recovery fees. Save your money and rent somehhere else. I won't be surprised ignoring This building gets condemned by the city; the infrastructure is old and decaying. Bathrooms look like they haven't been remodeled since the 1920s. Just don't book this hole in the wall.

Has everything you need and it's clean. The only thing is check out is at 10. Too early.

The room and hotel were so filthy it made me physically sick. I tried to check out on 9-18-16 and the manager refused to take 3 days charges off of my charge card. I checked out on 9-19-16 at 6:00 AM and they charged me on my card for 9-19-16.

The Antonio Hotel si close to downtown LA. The area around is not the best, but ok. There are only 4-5 hotel owned parking lots and you have to be very carefully parking your car there, because passing the gate and using the narrow way to the parking lot, you got just a few inches besides the mirrors. The rooms are small and queen size beds are very small and there is just a tiny sink in the room. The bathroom is also small. The nights were quiet. If you need a cheap bed close to downtown, it might be ok.

This place is absolutely horrible! The staff is rude, no friendly customer service at all. Location is ok but in a neighborhood where it feels really unsafe. I had originally booked this hotel for 5 days for Anime Expo convention thinking it was worth the money since it was so cheap...but WRONG! I booked it for July 1st-5th and when we arrived, customer service was horrible. I requested extra pillows, blow dryer, and a blanket and the lady said she will bring it tomorrow morning (Sat) when we arrived Friday night, and they knew we were checking in around 7pm because I had call 2 days before we arrived and confirmed late check in. THE ROOM AND HOTEL IS SO GROSS!!! Everything is super old and it looked like a hotel from a scary movie. THE WORST PART...I was in the middle of a shower and there was NO HOT WATER! Then next thing you know, the water shut off! I had my fiance go downstairs and they told him something happened to pipes so NO WATER for 30min...which meant no flushing toilet and no remainder shower for me when I was already SOAKED WITH SOAP! It was around 9pm, so we had to use water bottles to rinse me off. Then by 1045pm, THERE WAS STILL NO WATER! We couldn't use restroom or anything! I was soooooo frustrated that I called ORBITZ right away to cancel, we couldn't stay there because it was already 11pm, we both still had to shower and get up by 6am for Anime Expo the next day! I booked another stay at STAY ON MAIN and ORBITZ refunded me for 3 nights, only charged me 1.
