The staff and customer service was excellent. The location is of course ideal and absolutely beautiful. It is definitely worth it to pay extra and get a “bridge view room”. It’s an incredible view but especially at night when the bridge is all lit up! Our only complaints - although we paid extra for the bridge view room - it was very hot. No real a/c working on the 5th floor. Even the manager came up to see if he could help - he couldn’t - very nice of him and instead he sent up a Dyson fan. Very nice of him. BUT soooo hot. Rooms are a little outdated, breakfast buffet was not good quality at all BUT amazing staff, awesome customer service, perfect location and we had two great meals at Velocity the restaurant on site, sitting outside next to the bridge was beautiful! Overall a good stay - if the room had a/c it would have been great!

A large hotel, with a horrible and impersonal service. Since we entered the reception, everything was a trail. We were assigned a room with a smell of urine, I requested that they clean but there was no cleaning service available. They did not change our room, nor did they give us a follow-up to know if our problem was resolved. In the end, the cleaning service never arrived. The next morning someone could open the door of the room while my husband and I slept. My husband gave a shout and the person ran away. Also, the bathtub did not work properly making it difficult to shower. Thank God it was only one night. NOT RECOMMENDED. If you want a good hotel look for Apex City London

before lunch hours whole entrance area smell like fish and its really bad

Location is great! It’s right in the center of London. Love the lake view from the window.

Gorgeous views of the Tower Bridge and River Thames. The public spaces have all been updated. Very nice spaces. Breakfast is well worth the cost and you can have it delivered to your room for an additional 5£. The room I stayed in still needs a little work. But, it wasn’t unpleasant. I was terrified of getting in and out of the bathtub. It was like it was on a platform. Odd and scary! Would stay again though

The location was absolutely amazing! The hotel opens right into the Tower and Tower Bridge. Also very convenient to the tube and bus stations. The hotel itself is very outdated, however. Luckily there's plenty to do in the area - doubt you'll spend much time indoors!

I loved the location of the property, easy to walk to the Tower of London, the Shard, restaurants and the subway (which is very easy to get around the city). Great view of the Tower Bridge. Only complaint, is that the staff never replenished the coffee in my room in 4 days. Fortunately, my other room did get restocked.

It is a hotel. We enjoyed the benefits around the area of the Tower Hotel as well as the benefits of the Hotel - food, drink, nice outside area.

The hotel is overall pleasing for a short visit. The staff was quick to fix issues in any possible way that they could. Like that there is a reasonably priced breakfast buffet on site. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient place when visiting London.

Great location next to the Tower Bridge. Close to the Hop on Hop Off bus stop. Food trucks were there for a quick snack.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at the Tower Hotel. I want to sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience that you had with us during your stay. Indeed I do understand your frustration and for it the situation not being resolved. Our team constantly strives to provide excellent customer service and create memorable moments and it is extremely disappointing to hear that we did not do this during your recent stay. The service provided is certainly not acceptable and I want to assure that the Housekeeping department managers will be informed on these issues mentioned so that the standard of service can be improved. We will use this feedback to improve our guest experience. Again I want to sincerely apologise for this disappointing experience and want to assure you that poor service is not typical of the Tower Hotel. Thank you for your feedback.
