Great hotel in a great neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Enjoyed my stay here.

great location, great staff not the most comfortable bed

My son and I stayed here for a 5 night trip to London. Staying in the Kensington area was important and I had looked for many weeks for the right hotel. The Nadler was a wonderful choice! I can't say enough about the staff there and how helpful and pleasant they were a number of things that I wanted to book during our visit and they were able to do that for us in the lobby. They were very knowledgeable. The room was perfect, with very tall ceilings, which gave the room a much more open and larger feel. It had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. The supplies were well stocked for the 2 of us. There are a number of grocery stores very close and we were able to keep cold items for breakfast and snacking in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea maker and housekeeping did dishes if there were any in the sink. The location was also ideal. Kensington is a preferred area of town. As one of my friends says, it's a very "neighborhood" type area. It was only a couple of blocks away from the Earl's Court Underground, which connect to both the Piccadilly and District Lines. Super convenient! The Gloucester Road stop was also close, but Earl's Court much closer. Also, on the way to the tube, the Blackbird's Ale and Pie Pub served really good food for breakfast or lunch. Fish and chips and a lamb meat pie made with mashed potato on top, as well as strawberries with "pouring cream." Eggs benedict on another day. There were grocery stores in the area, as well.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable room. The only negative to my stay was the upstairs guest walking around all night keeping me up with sounds of creaking floor boards. When I couldn't change rooms because the hotel was booked the front desk staff gave me ear plugs which really helped me to get a proper nights sleep

Loved the Nadler Kensington! Great location, safe, close to two tube stations, Esrl’s Court and Gloucester Road. Very helpful, friendly staff! Comfortable room, A/C, larger bathroom. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Convenient location in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

It is very nice hotel with great location. The neighborhood is pretty safe.

An easy walk to the train station. Room was very small but comfortable. There was an elevator, but you also had to carry your luggage up a few stairs to get to your room. A car service was available to Heathrow for a fee. The concierge was helpful.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Close to the tube.

Clean and modern place with pleasant staff. Pablo was particularly helpful. Short walk to Earl’ Court station and pubs and restaurants.

Then Nadler is a cute boutique hotel a block away from the Earl’s Court Station. The area felt safe night and is close to may shops and restaurants. My room was clean and the size was adequate. It was the perfect base for my stay in London and highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here several years ago and it was equally enjoyable. I really like this hotel and find it a good value. The only quibbles are small ones.

Nice small hotel proximate to city center. Walking distance to museums and very convenient to the underground train. Our only complaint was that the description on Orbitz was not exactly what the room was. The description in our confirmed reservation was "1 queen bed and 2 double sofa beds." Upon arrival in the room, there was 1 King bed. I was told that none of the rooms in the hotel fit the description on Orbitz. There were 2 pull out queen beds housed under the main king bed that we were able to pull out. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. Outside of the misleading room description, everything was great

The hotel is in a very nice area and convienient to pubs and restaurants. Our room (116) was very small which was ok, but our bathroom was not adequate. There wasn't enough room to hardly turn around. If you dropped the soap in the shower you would have to get out of the shower to pick it up because there is not enough room to bend over.

The room was my comfortable little haven after a day of trekking all around the city by foot and tube. It was small but exceedingly comfortable. The Staff were the kindest, most helpful, sweet people I experienced during my stay in England. It was a block walk to a major transport hub and boasted a fabulous variety of restaurants, pubs, grocery, pharmacy and other services you might need. If you want to be immersed in a vibrant, pretty area, this is your spot.

We booked the hotel through Orbitz. The two rooms we booked were confirmed by Orbitz in their email to us as having "Queen Beds". HAH!!!! Our original rooms were simply miniscule. You could only access the much less than Queen size bed from one side!!! When we asked the hotel staff about this they said that Orbitz has a problem in that they keep advertising the beds in a misleading way. The hotel did give us slightly larger rooms where we were able to a) position our suitcases so we could move around the room, b) get into the bed from 2 sides! BOTTOM LINE - I will not book a hotel through Orbitz again!

Great hotel at a great price--close to tube! The staff remembered me from my previous stay and offered a complimentary upgrade to a double room. It was very clean, in a safe area, easy to find and a quick walk from Earls Court tube. My go to hotel in London which never disappoints!

Good hotel. Close to metro station. Clean, nice staff. The room is very small.
