This a great hotel for family. Easy acess to all sites via from subway and bus. Highly recommend for family traveler.

The property is conveniently located for the commercial traveler or tourist. It is located next to a 24 hour Tesco and provides full kitchens to include stove and oven. There is an ample breakfast in the morning with lovely Nespresso Coffee.

A huge 24-hour Tesco supermarket is just a block away. Earls Court tube station is a 15-minute walk away. Free breakfast was buffet style (a little heavy on carbs but protein in the form of sliced meats and cheese was also offered). Bathrooms are small but highly efficient with only a shower -no tub- but shower experience is excellent. Plenty of towels on hand.

The property was good for our family but the housekeeping was not good. Also the elevator was broken.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast each day was so nice and the food service staff were amazing. So much chaos but they controlled it with such grace. Also two people were very helpful specifically Christos and Nuwan.

Property was a little far from the tube. It was about 10-15 min walk. This poorly was just ok. Was disappointed with the room itself.

Conveniently located with a Great staff! Breakfast and amenities were wonderful

Not a most luxurious stay. But all basic amenities available. All good.

It's only 8 minutes walk to the Earl's Court station which serve the Piccadilly and the District Lines. There's a Tesco supermarket just next door. While we stayed at a one bedroom suite, the room is relative small. The combined kitchenette and living room is adequate and is fully equipped to make simple meals. The English breakfast is served every morning and is very good.

Day 1 informed them there is no lightbulb in bedside lamp. After a week, still not fixed. As there are no power points in bathroom, requested an extension cord so my girlfriend could use the hair dryer in front of a mirror. Just ignored. Breakfast area always filthy. Room not made up properly once the whole week. Had to ask at 6pm for them to at least make the bed.

For London standards, our room was a good sized room on the 5th floor out of 11 story converted apartment. One of the very few hotels that can accommodate 4 people in a room. Rooms and showers were redone nicely. Laundry facilities were located in the basement free for guests, which was a bonus, specially travelling with children. Location in Kensington was also nice, away from the noise yet close enough to get to by bus ( 10min ride to Harrods shopping district). Since the hotel was new, so was the staff. City and area maps were not provided. Staff, although friendly, didn't know locations and direction, or the bus route in front of the hotel. I suppose they will eventually. Breakfast was continental, unlike other full service Marriotts'. Price and overall experience was 7.7 out of 10

Close to Earls Court Station, Tesco right next door, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and free breakfast everyday. It was full sun & 80s everyday(rare for London) so the air conditioning was not as cool as we would have liked, but very pleased with our stay!
