CON's: - Small room for the type of room that I booked (barely enough room to navigate 1 bug suitcase so imagine 2...) - I was told by staff at check in that I would have a coffee machine; in fact there were nespresso pods in the room but no nespresso machine, just a water kettle. - Small fridge: unable to keep anything cold; actually I wonder if it even worked. PRO's: - Room was clean and bed was comfortable. - Electronic and lighting and temperature all managed from the same station and was nice and easy to understand. Would I return? For the price I paid, probably not; I'll take my chance at another hotel. Would I recommend? It was not horrible but I would definitely warn people of the few inconveniences that I mentioned above.

This property has a great location for London productions of Hamilton and Wicked. Other than that, it is quite neat up for such a place. The glass sink was cracked, the tiles cracked, and the overall room, while spacious for London, was dingy. The only reason to stay is for proximity to Victoria station and the theaters. But there are other choices nearby.

Everything goid, modern and clean, excelent location

Convience to London attractions, close proximity to Victoria aubway (Tube), bus and rail systems. Nice rooms and clean.

-Great Location -Clean rooms -Mediocre staff -Breakfast was good but exactly the same every day (no variety at all) -Executive rooms are the same size as standard rooms, only with a few extra amenities, which you don't always get unless you notice they are missing and ask - not worth the upcharge

Great room, but the staff truly made the experience! Fantastic!

Very convenient - close to Victoria Station. I upgraded to an executive room which was nice and spacious (for the UK that is). There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel and in the general Victoria area though. Hopefully it gets done soon.

This hotel was perfect for my stay - I came into London via Gatwick, so I took the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station (30 minutes) and the hotel was a 2 minute walk from there. Very clean, friendly staff, very nice bar open late, and modern technology in the room (there were panels at the door and on the nightstand that controlled the air, curtains, lights, and do not disturb. Coming from Silicon Valley, this impressed me). There are several pubs within a 2 or 3 minute walk. Almost all of the major attractions are 2 tube stops away. It was pretty much perfect - it exceeded my expectations.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to see that the size of the room did not meet your expectations and that in certain aspects we fell short on this occasion. Why not try one of our one-bedroom apartments next time? We always like to hear real-time feedback while the guest is still in house allowing us the opportunity to put things right. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I am sure we could provide you with the experience that many of our guests have grown so fond of. Best wishes, Ilona
