This property was in an excellent location. Front staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was perfect, it was a great stay!

The "en suite" bathrooms are very small, similar to a cruise ship but MUCH tinier. The rooms are made to sleep in and not much more. The lift is limited to 4 ppl, and less if they have luggage, and it is also VERY slow. The breakfast had sliced cheese, bread, jams and butter, baked beans (for breakfast? Must be a Brit thing), but no eggs or meat. Also corn flakes, orange juice, coffee, milk. The staff was very cordial and helpful, and the property was very close to a number of satisfactory restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Victoria Station, and also a very nice supermarket, Sainsbury's. I walked to Buckingham Palace (Mews, Queen's Gallery) and found the convenient central location quite handy. But Hutton's should only be considered as a quiet and clean place to sleep, not to entertain or eat. Again, the staff was great and the property was clean and taken care of daily.

Tiny single room. Clean hotel. Good service at the front

Really really convenient location! Walkable from Victoria Station or use the 24 bus to get around to nearly anywhere. No AC, but the windows provided a nice breeze. Quiet rooms. Comfy bed. Hot shower (but tiny bathroom.. coming from a tiny person).

Overall great stay , station was within walking station , neighborhood was nice n quiet. Staff was helpful and room was clean and comfy.

Booked a double room. Location is great and staff is accommodating. Room is generally clean, but VERY small. Only one power outlet in entire bed/bath box of a room. Mattress springs present themselves near surface.

Clean, cute, perfect size for 2 people. We loved our stay, room with a view. Staff was AWESOME. Kind and helpful. Can't beat location. Bus 24 to everywhere. Loved it!!

Continental breakfast was quite disappointing especially for kids. Room had good beds but very crammed and in the basement. Pricey for what it had to offer.

Stayed here one night recently, and it was with trepidation that I realized our room was the first one right off of the lobby. Thankfully, the other guests were surprisingly conscientious, so the sound was limited to people's footsteps in the hallway. Room itself was perfectly fine, with decent storage space for luggage in a cabinet. Bathroom was pretty small but perfectly acceptable. Bed was a bit too short for me, but I am a bit over six feet tall, probably won't be of trouble to most. The room did get chilly overnight, but there were extra blankets in the cabinet. Breakfast was fine. I did not pay extra for the hot breakfast, so it was toast, English muffins, cereal, and some fruit available. There was also coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, as well as orange juice and milk. Pretty good location, roughly ten minutes to either Pimlico or Victoria Stations, and from there the rest of London is quite accessible. For the price, it fit the bill.

The room was very small . We didn't have space for our two small luggages. The location was perfect.

Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were tiny yet comfortable. Beds were also not the most comfortable but were OK nonetheless. Breakfast was limited to toast, jams, cheese and cereals with choices of teas and coffee. The hotel itself was ideally located. It was close to the Victoria station and near by supermarket and convenience store. There were also several fine dining restaurants in the vicinity. All in all an average hotel but perfectly suited for business travelers who wont spend hours in the room.

the rooms are very small and underequiped, the staff was nice and location very convenient

Great location. Room was ready when I arrived, but lacking hot water, which was fixed by the next day. It's one of those places where you sit in the bathroom, and your feet reach into the shower stall....not exactly large if that's what you need. Internet connection, advertised as 'free wifi', was free, but only in the hotel lobby (itself a space roughly 12' by 12'). Even then, it had some sort of restriction on it that prevented more than a couple web windows being open- not ideal if you rely heavily on using the internet while traveling. Finally, two gripes that about sum up the vibe of Huttons Hotel. First- no soap in the bathroom. No bar, and none in the shower dispenser. Requests to fill it went unaddressed. And, there was a sign over the tap in the bathroom showing a faucet, inside a red circle with a line through it, i.e. "not for drinking." In central London? Really? Anyway, a bargain-priced hotel that unfortunately isn't even worth the bargain price.

This hotel was clean and all together adequate in a good way.

Hutton's is on a street full of semi-budget hotels. It's fine in terms of cleanliness but a little cramped. The shower in our room was almost on top of the toilet. Not altogether unexpected though for London. Our main problem was that our room was right next to the reception which made it quite noisy at times. This would vary depending upon room though... Not a bad place to stay if you can get a good price.
