My room was not cleaned properly. The nightstand was dirty.

Nice hotel, close to Tube, Rooms were quiet and the staff was great.

Nice enough hotel- exterior needs some updating but the inside of the hotel was very nice including our room. Our check-in experience was pleasant, all though we had to wait about an hour & a half for our room! I've never had this experience with any other hotel so I was a bit annoyed about this. They apologized kindly for it but I thought they should've offered us something more like at least free drinks at their bar or something. The room was very clean initially, but throughout the week I noticed that the cleaning wasn't consistent. Sometimes used towels were left behind and used glasses were not replaced just turned over. Overall, it was a good stay but not enough to make me say I'd come back.

I am fussy about hotels and for a four star this place outdid itself. The room was nice, the bathroom small, the Terrance sat four at a table, and it was clean, a tad dusty but clean. The only problem was a fall I had rolling off the bed and hitting my head on nightstand but they fixed it. Food from Carluccios for breakfast was first rate . the club was small uninviting and the breakfast served there vile. It did not have food all day as central Marriott said. The hotel staff is great, nice and helpful, it will be my go to place in London from now on, great value for money can’t beat it.

It was close to where we wanted to be in London. Very easy access to the underground, in a nice residential type area, restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The on-site restaurant had an exceptional breakfast.

Nice enough hotel- exterior needs some updating but the inside of the hotel was very nice including our room.
