I was a pleasure to stay at the intercontinental london

Very pretty property. Staff courteous and helpful, got in room earlier than expected. Club level is among the best I have seen: It's lounge has a full menu breakfast with servers along the typical serve yourself area..cocktails at night and a dedicated concierge also there. Wonderful location: Close to everything with a tube stop across the street which has a direct line to and from Heathrow Airport. It was the first time I used this and it was crazy easy. Heathrow has an Underground stop which originates in the terminals (meaning the subway cars are empty and you can easily find a seat and secure your luggage). That line (Picadilly Line) goes straight into London's tourist Mayfair district and one of the stops (Hyde Park Speakers corner) is across the street from the hotel. The fair around 6 pounds and gets there faster than many other ways that may cost almost $100 each way. Some of the hotel rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the atmosphere and comfort are so good, it isnt bothersome. Will stay here again

Our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was amazing. The staff, facility, hotel, bar and lounge, service, concierge, and location of the hotel were top notch. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The in room dining was delicious. The staff really cares about your comfort. Anytime we needed more creamer and sugar they'd be there to take'r care of our needs. Only thing I would change was our bed pillows. They were a little flat but I can deal with it. Wonderful stay close to all the sights.

Well this location was especially for the 7 figured guest where money is not a factor or pounds extremely posh beautiful hotel I'm more of a modern guest that wouldn't mind eating pizza or your local pub

very nice hotel. Location was great, I could walk to almost site I wanted to visit

Diverse staff and clientele- great loaction to explore central london from. Cookbook cafe was quite good.

I thought there was an indoor pool but overall the hotel was excellent and I would stay there again. Hotel staff was very helpful and the location was great.

The location is perfect because it's just a short walk through the park to Buckingham Palace and all the government sites along the river. Just out the front door and up Piccadilly is the Hard Rock Cafe and plenty of shops and sites that interest teens. Except for cocktails in the lobby bar, we didn't use any of the dining options. My kids can be finicky and prices were too high to chance it. The hotel reminds me of other InterContinental properties (Chicago and New York Barclay) where I've stayed.
