Good location and friendly staff for the most part. The lobby bar/restaurant area was very strict with guests. Breakfast buffet is not worth it. Room was extremely small.

Great location, newly renovated, clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was a bit clueless, but otherwise was a great stay.

It was a great location, close to public transportation and many cool areas to explore. The hotel was very nice, and the staff was always helpful if I needed anything. The rooms were a little small, but I was out exploring everyday so it was fine by me. The bed was comfy and that’s all I needed.

Great location on side street in Kensington. Very close to Tube stop, shopping and great restaurants. Room was very clean and comfortable, but not a lot of storage and sink had no surface area for makeup, curling iron, etc. this is a nice Holiday Inn with nice bar/lounge area. Would definitely stay again.

Pool ,saunas was good relaxation after a lot of waking. Breakfast was not so good.

Location was very good. However, our room was disappointing for the following reasons: the room was very small; the air conditioning vent was dusty; the carpet was dirty.

The facility was relatively new and it’s very close to train station and shopping area. Going around the city from the hotel is very easy. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a bit small but other than that it was a very nice memorable stay

Staff is phenomenal. Last year my experience was so complete that I stayed this year. And with the confirmation of my assessment I have already planned to return next year.

There was no street be available on the staff who adequately could comprehend and converse converse in English. A request for early arrival was not possible, if fact I don’t believe we were given rooms until after check in at 3:00 P.M. The first room we were give only had a full size bed in it. We booked and paid for King size beds according to our reservations. The desk clerks said ALL of the hotel rooms only had that size bed (full size) and that was their king size bed in London! The second room was very small with only 1 full size bed. I requested 2 beds if possible. The third room was also extremely small and uncomfortable. It was difficult to maneuver around the bed to the bathroom. It was nearly impossible to get the housekeepers to leave wash cloths along with the towels. It became a constant battle to get them to understand. I had to resort to writing a message in Spanish to get them to understand our needs, but that only lasted 1 day. I finally gave up! It was impossible and wasted too much of our vacation time trying to get necessities for a proper stay. In short, we were very dissatisfied with the staff in regard to our needs being met

Good hotel everything was good,location, food, etc... the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the size of their room WAY TO SMALL no room to put suitcases away tv was on side of bed not in front so could not even watch from little sofa because that’s was the only place to put my suitcases.

The hotel it should be a 2* not 4* The hotel device is bad
