Great breakfast. Room was spacious great for bus transport anywhere

centrally located on Kensington high street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A bit dated but very clean. Had a wonderful stay; loved it!!!

The hotel was ok.....smelled a little musty, front desk staff was horrible. The hotel looked a little beat up. Needs a refurb. Guess you can't beat the price !

Decent amount of room for two people. A good place to go back to at night to sleep. Not a lot of room just to hang out and relax for an afternoon. We spent our time sightseeing and just slept here

I booked this hotel for a business trip because it had the Hilton brand, however this is not a property worthy of the Hilton name. My first room had a sagging mattress, the toilet didn't flush right and had a musty odor. I complained about it but all I was offered was a mattress topper. I said my poor aching back would not tolerate 5 nights. Later, after a change of shift, I called again and this time the customer service rep was a very nice young man who immediately offered me a room change. I was switched to a much nicer room on the 8th floor with a larger bed that was not sagging. Still, my overall impression of this hotel is not great. The hallway carpets are worn and the whole place beyond the lobby and restaurant needs refurbishing. The hotel's only restaurant/lounge has a limited menu. I tried several dishes throughout my stay and none were very good, aside from their only chicken dish. One server, Anna was extremely pleasant and gave me personalized service. On the upside, they let you sit in the restaurant as long as you want without making you feel rushed. It is a shame Hilton doesn't redo this property. Until the do I will not be staying here again.

Very nice breakfast, clean rooms, 15 minute walk away from subway station.
