Great location, comfortable room, and everything we needed. The included breakfast had a good variety of options in a cozy setting.

We found the bed a little uncomfortable and the shower not easy operate. Everything else aboutvthe room was very good. Location fantastic. Staff excellent. Very good breakfast ad well.

The hotel is in a great location, however I wish I did not need to ask them daily to clean our room. We were there for four nights-one day our room was never cleaned so we had no new towels. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience,

So glad we stayed here! The location was very central and getting around was super easy. The hotel staff was great. Brunch in the restaurant was lovely and well thought out.

My first trip to Lisboa and I will be back. The hotel staff helpfulness began even before I arrived by arranging car service from the airport. Then when I check in, Rita and Andres welcomed me and my partner and made sure our visit was great. They took the time to give us a map, recommend sights and the use of a Tuk-Tuk, and places to eat and shop. They went way over what I expected. The hotel restaurant had a warm ambience with great entertainment. The food was delicious and some of the best I had during my trip. We ate there both nights as well as breakfast. The room was clean, and unlike other showers in Europe, this one did not leak water all over the floor outside. In fact the shower was an experience in its self. I will stay here again on my next visit to Lisboa.

Great location in the city walking distance to top attractions, shop and food. Best beds in the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip, the restaurant and breakfast was excellent, my only negative was that the bathroom was a bit tight and the shower in particular was tight... I would stay here again.

Booked into this charming hotel at the last minute, and at a good rate. While it's been rated tip-top, the competition nearby (Arthotel Lisbon) is classier, cooler and has a better breakfast. The room was huge and comfortable, but strangely laid out - and the shower sprayed water all over the floor. Very friendly staff!
