The property was cozy and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful setting. Kids loved loft, close to town

I was pleasantly surprised. Our unit was clean, compact and comfortable (studio unit 103). The staff was very nice, the pool was nice with water warm. Hot tub and game room were great too. I liked that you could walk to food/drinks, and right down the road from all the action. The Kanc is right at your doorstep, and North Woodstock is fun too. Lastly, I appreciate that they allow shorter stays over the holiday week. Most other places had a 3 night minimum.

We liked the location, easy to walk most anywhere.

I liked the room that we had. It had a compliment of kitchen appliances

The arrival experience was good. No wait to check in as there appeared to be only a few staying that evening. Desk staff was pleasant but somewhat rushed in their greeting. This a condominium hotel so there is no 24 hour coffee available in the lobby nor is there anything type of breakfast available. The wing we stayed in didn't appear to have any other guests. The room was spotless with a nice kitchen arrangement with plenty of supplies. The in room coffeemaker did not supply any kind of support for the coffee ie sugar, cream nor were there any tea bags. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Nice view from the outside balcony but it was marred buy construction going on near the river. Only beds available were queen size and the one in this room squeeked. Some very nice restaurants within walking distance. The room had no telephone or click and the front desk closes at 11pm.

PROS: Clean room, comfortable bed. Back side of the building has views of the roaring river. Central location in town. Mini fridge available. Coupons were given to us upon arrival for local shops and restaurants. CONS: A bit over-priced for such a small room.

Everything was good except for bed, which was not comfortable.

PROS: This hotel is very clean. It's centrally located in the center of Lincoln. Everything in town is walking distance from the hotel. Super close to Loon. 10 minute drive to Franconia ridge. CONS: The bed was slightly hard. There was no wifi available. I didn't have a nightstand on my side of the bed to put my phone and glasses. Overpriced for the offseason/ shoulder-season.
