I stayed in a kitchenette room. There were no utensils or cups or anything to cook with. No iron or ironing board. No ice bucket or plastic drinking cups. There was mold in the shower walls. Low water pressure in the shower. I also had to pay a $50 security deposit when I checked in. Never stay there again!

The room was rundown and had cockroaches. It had a urine smell to it.

The property was acceptable. The customer service was absolutely horrific. It took me 4 hours too long to leave and find a better place. 'Jerome' should not be at the front desk with such an impatient, rude, unprofessional, obnoxious attitude. There should be customer service training and front desk monitoring. The detailed list is too long. I witnessed 3 others having problems the same day. 2 of them checked out, the other just left. I was told he "didn't have to give me a room at all"! That's when I should've accepted the loss of funds -and left. Thank goodness i was able to find a close alternative. After 20 hotel reviews, this was my worst experience EVER!! Even at the lowest rate, I'd never go back. I recommend any hard working individual to find other accommodations.

My wife and children were never even able to check into the hotel. They had to sleep in a van in the parking lot. I'm currently fighting the hotel to get my money back. They are refusing to refund me

I was very disappointed in the staff. Not friendly at all and the lady that checked us in and checked us out really needs some customer service skills!!!! Will not stay there again!!!

Well I hate to give a bad review but I do. Its 1 30 am sharing the room with some odd odor and fruit flies. Fun. Luckily the gas station here had odor trees. No amenities at all. Except bugs. Even the phone is just for show. Make sure you have a cell phone and everything youd need to sleep. They have none.

Rooms were brand new and recently rentivated. Nicely tucked away from road noise and very nicely done. My biggest issue is that I booked the room on Orbitz only to arrive and be met with a lease contract even though I was staying for 1 night and then I was informed there was a required additional security deposit. If your going to list your place on Orbitz as a hotel then act like a hotel...not like an apartment!

blood stain on sheets. bath room is not clean at all.

They told me to check the room before paying. Floor unswept, sheets wrinkled. Had to filll form that waived my right to get a refund. After occupying it, I discovered the cockroaches. Management took 2 days to replace smoke alarm battery. I've stayed in worst hotels, but they were all in the Third World.
