i didn't like the fact that i had reserved a 2 queen bed non-smoking room and once i get there to check in the host tells me that the rooms are not guaranteed i had never heard of such a thing. also they were not too nice about the whole thing and told me that that was on fine print. i had never had any of these issues at other hotels i made reservations for. i will never stay there again.

The location looked clean. The front staff Lourdes was extremely rude to multiple visitors. I watched and listened to her be rude to several guest.

Staff was great, however, the property is rundown, hair dryer didn't work or the iron. Looked really worn down and in need of an upgrade. Would not recommend to anyone for the price we paid. All the hotels across the street on the walkway looked so much more upgraded and didn't have th strong smell of smoke.

We stayed for one night. This hotel is not by the river as other hotels in the area- so it doesnt have a private beach. If ive known that i will not stay here. Because the price is high but not worth it. Their pool area is very small. Room is clean though and We were able to check in early for a small fee.

The rooms were very dirty. The toilet seat was super old and nasty. The shower curtain was super old and the pole to hold rhe curtain was broken. Overall very bad ugly dirty rooms.

I stayed at the Tropicana for one night. The stay was okay. The staff was friendly. The only down was how old the hotel looks inside and out. Outdated rooms. Very loud showers and toilets.

If you're looking for a location for a 70's porn shoot, look no further. At first glance, this place seems nice, but the closer you look at it, the more you see the wear and tear throughout the years. Wallpaper starting to peel, build up on faucets, carpet slightly worn. The king bed room comes complete with mirrored doors lined in gold that slide open to reveal the large jetted tub. The settee couch and armchair looks like it came from your grandma's place. The TV is about as big as my computer monitor. Good luck connecting to the internet, the strength was not great so my phone refused to connect and it wanted to stay on the mobile internet which was also not great because you're in the middle of the desert. Booked an East View non-smoking room which is stated to have a view of the river, when I checked in they only had smoking rooms in the east section so if I wanted non-smoking I had to be in the other tower. When I asked if I'd still see the river, they got me "as high as they could" (the 12th floor) which had a lovely view of the other tower. Not happy about that. Laughlin itself seems like most other cities in Nevada, a wannabe Vegas that hasn't been updated since the 90's. At least the room was cool when it was 100 degrees outside.

Rooms were dirty my first room they gave me was dirty. I got a second room it was okay i stayed 2 nights. They never cleaned my room on the first night had all the dirty towels from the night before.

It was my 29th wedding anniversary I was hoping for a nice room than the one we got I did give advance notice. The room was not cleaned well. Carpet dirty. Window shade broken hair in the shower not ours. Outdated coffee maker.

Did not like that there were no mini fridges available when my room reservation had one

The air conditioner needs to be cooler was cooler waving the hallways. We never received our request for extra towels both nights we were there.
